Lovely sized room with good amenities. Staff answered all questions I asked and provided a 4am car service to the airport as needed. Would’ve liked pool service, but good overall.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, no major complaints about staff, great breakfast.
My only complaint is why they have stained glass wall for washroom. I believe most humans in this world need privacy in washroom, what is the pressing need to go out of the way to design a washroom with semi transparent glass wall.
I would have avoided this hotel, if I had known they have such washrooms.

The Service was horrible and most of the staff are not fit for service industry, Not sure if they are trained like that.

I've been coming back to this hotel over a period of 11 years, and they never disappoint. It's a world-class property with a very helpful staff. The design of the hotel is timeless and very pleasant.

Enviroment overall good, the setback is the unstable wifi which keep drop-line, causing difficulty accessing internet .. no improving even feedbacks

My room was filled with fruit flies and even though I complained about it, the hotel didn’t do anything about it. The room door was also problematic. I had a lot of trouble just unlocking and locking the door. The lock switch and the lock weren’t attached properly and was problematic.

Stay was very comfortable and food excellent. Staff was wonderfully receptive and hospitable. Loved the stay and hope to come back soon

From check in to check out Hyatt Regency, Chennai made it an easy process. The room was clean and nice. The room service was good, and the laundry facilities were available around the clock. The staff was friendly, and greeted us with warmth every time. The dining options were good.

There are occasional blackouts at night where all the lights in the building go off and then on again. Otherwise quite pleasant stay.

I loved the aesthetics of the hotel, i loved the exhibitions they host, loved my room facing the pool. I appreciated and enjoyed everything abt the hotel.
What i didnt like was the South Indian breakfast options. U need to hire a really good South Indian chef. The idly's were sticky, poori masala was bland and there was no variety in the dessert. I was there for 2 weeks and every day was a different version of the same desert. I have stayed at Rain Tree, amazing selection of South Indian breakfast options and more than one dessert to choose from, unlike Hyatt everyday offering a different version of the same dessert and no cashews in the dessert.

For the money that was paid, expect an exceptional customer service. It was a noisy train station w chaos .
Pls do not go if the expectation is to unwind after a long day of work and meetings .
