Check in went meh. I was charged an extra pet fee per dog, this was not disclosed in my search for pet friendly accommodations. I would have looked elsewhere for sure. The room had a weird smell not sure what it was exactly. The tub had what looked like hard water stains. We slept and left that’s it. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was very clean. The staff nice friendly efficient.Great location. Loved it .Plan to stay there again.

Homeless people are around the property sitting in smoking and grilling areas

Sometimes you just want a bed to sleep in, this is not the place, super noisy, walls are paper thin. You can hear Avery little noise throughout the night. The shower head did not work, the water turned on but couldn’t get the shower head to work. The was an open hole in the bathroom missing vent area that has a piece of plastic duck taped to it. No shampoo or conditioner, couldn’t find any front desk staff at night or in the morning to request some. Finally, the entire property is fenced in with concertina wire on top. The people hanging around the area made it feel unsafe and wasn’t sure if my car was still going to be there in the morning. I guess you get what you pay for in a place, although I didn’t think it was that cheap, for a place like this I wouldn’t pay more than $50 a night.

The rooms i reserved were not the rooms i recieved upon check in. I was charged half of the total price hours before i checked in and was charged four separate times for the total amount.

Had a lot of homeless up front sitting on bench and hanging out in front. The room we received was facing the neighborhood that was busy with music and loud engines from cars.

Walk in smoke smell in room Curtains had holes Couldn’t take a shower bath towels and face towels hand towels were very dirty Left side of bed had no Lamp are light Ceiling light was out on left side of bed There was only 3 flat hard dingy Standard pillow case and this was a king bed I had to freeze myself and my husband keeping the room temperature at 69 degrees not to smell smoke in this room. I should get at least half of my money back. Please don’t suggest any one at this hotel. I also let the from desk no about my complaint he told me have a nice day

Hotel was clean but onlt had three small pillows. Needs at least 4 pillows. Very uncomfortable to sleep with one small pillow. My husband had the ither 2 small pillows.
