Room does not have individual thermostat to regulate temperature. Way too warm when heat started in winter season. Stayed 3 nights to visit Matera and Alberobello. Developed red rash around neck after 2 nights possibly due to dust mites or bed bugs in pillow because I am very allergic to dust mites and crawly animals. Went on a cruise in Rome after Bari and the red bash cleared up after couple days. Breakfast buffet good but coffee needs improvement - by Italian standard. Coffee machine uses ready-to-dissolve powder of some sort. Tastes awful even for me - a Canadian, not exactly has a global appreciation for great coffees . Carpet in room needs updating. Bathroom's daily cleaning and shower pressure great. Front desk staff efficient and can use more smiling. Property location great and is close to many good restaurants.

Great hotel near the old town with plenty of dining options. The rooms are tiny, which means you’re climbing over open suitcases but the bathroom is roomy and the decor is reasonably modern. The service from reception and valet parking was very good.

Generally good hotel in the centre of Bari, relatively spacious room, small bathroom. only problem was that our room was towards the back with a wall directly in front of the window and a noisy air con unit outside. the staff was very helpful and offered us a better room for the same price but as that was facing the main road it was even noisier so we decided to keep our room. still very pleasant, good breakfast and the centre of Bari and old town all reachable by foot.

This is not a 4star hotel. Shower flooded, toilet didnt function properly and breakfast was below par. However good location.

The hotel was very nice with a lovely rooftop area where we had a couple of drinks. The room was spacious and cool - it was great during the very warm weather in Bari. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke multiple languages well.

Room was fine, but it looked out over the main street which was incredibly noisy, so try to get a room facing the back. Not a good nights sleep with the cars and motor cycles honking late into the night.

This was a wonderfull stay in this hotel. The staff was very helpfull, kind and ready to help in any way. The hotel is located in walking distance to the old town where there are lots of shops, restaurants and caffes. Next to the hotel is the theatre. And when you go to the old town you always see something new.
