We have stayed here a number of times before, the staff is one of many reasons we return. The facility is meticulously maintained and is relaxing whether you sit at their different settings or enjoy the indoor pool.

Girls trip to Amish country. Loved this hotel. Very clean and modern. Only complaint is there needs to be a grab bar in the tub to help getting in and out. I told a worker at the front desk when I was leaving. He said book the handicapped room next time. I don’t want to utilize that in case someone needs it. A simple grab bar in all the tubs would cost very little and make everyone feel safe. But other than that one concern everything was great. Would recommend this hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay! Our room was beautiful and spacious! The staff was very nice and we were able to check in just a little bit early which was very nice! The decorations were beautiful and everything looked great. We all enjoyed our overnight girls trip! Thanks for having us 😊

Another awesome stay here. Suggestions: please put safety bar on inside wall of shower to assist in getting in and out. Some of us aren’t as young as we used to be and safety is paramount. A usb phone charger beside the bed would be a plus as well. Otherwise perfect stay. Clean quiet and roomy.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! Super clean. Great breakfast. Pool area very nice. My only complaint would be the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

This was our first time staying at this hotel and we were impressed. Everyone was very nice, the hotel was clean, and the pool area was set up well. The breakfast was also very good. We will stay here again.

It was a hard but some what relaxing trip for my husband and I to try to find some peace after loosing our oldest son in a house fire. Even with all the sentimental Christmas music playing all over town. One employee even came to our room to reprogram the tv that was not working at all. Every one was so kind with out knowing the reason for our small get away.

There was a fly and a bug in my room. My back will eventually recover from the bed. The shower water pressure was like a trickle. Watching television from the bed was difficult because the tv is so much lower than the bed.

We couldn’t get the fire pit lit that is down by the pavilion. Room was great. Breakfast was good. The grounds are very nice to walk around and it is close to shops

Easy check in. Convenient first floor room. There was a baby crying for awhile last night but stopped before I went to sleep. No issues

This was an overnight stay for my wife &i.
We came down for the John Denver Tribute show at the Amish Country Theater.
The rooms here are large. The hotel and staff are better than expected.
There are a lot of attractions in this area.

There was an issue with our reservation and she was insistant we couldn't have our room until we paid, even though in the end, her amount was very wrong and to her favor. Had another interaction the next day and she was just as unfriendly. No Welcome to the Grande, nothing. just name, name, etc.

The stay was amazing. The hotel was very clean. The room was huge. The breakfast was fresh and good. Pool area the kids loved. And my husband and I loved sitting out by the fire pits. Definitely will stay again and recommend others to stay!!
