A beautiful, new hotel. Very clean and comfortable and within walking distance of the airport, so a great location. A wonderful, spacious room and well designed bathroom, extremely comfortable bed. We did have to wait a while to check-in but the person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The staff in the restaurant were less friendly/attentive but the food was very good.

An airport hotel has to have airport shuttle available at all times

Made my wife wait while I dealt with returning the hire car despite the fact that she queued for 30 minutes to check in becuase the room was in my name. Then despite the fact that I provided my Credit Card, they decided not to authorise the card to be used for our evening meal and didn’t mention it at reception. Then electronic controls that were so ill thought theough we actaully turned off the bedside lamps at the wall socket. Potentially great hotel ruined by mad processes.

I've never been so pleased with an airport hotel. We stayed here one night due to having early flights the next morning.
The hotel was a super easy walk to the airport AND there is also a free shuttle should you not want to walk.
It's an easy tram ride into the city (about 40 minutes) to explore Bordeaux.
The staff of this hotel are the nicest people I've ever encountered in a hotel. Everyone who works here is kind and helpful. It was such a nice experience.
The beds, and especially pillows, are super comfortable.
Early check-in is allowed for an additional 30 Euros.

We used this hotel at the start of our holiday as our flight arrived quite late. It is very walkable from the airport (just follow the path by the side of the tram), rooms were very comfortable, modern and clean. Good choice at breakfast with very helpful staff. Really enjoyed our stay.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed out especially for the price. Extremely comfortable rooms. Heads up, The switch panel next to the door also controlled the coffee. The only downside was the price of the food and latte. ridiculous.

A very pleasant hotel inside. Works were being done around the hotel making parking and drop off a little chaotic. Hopefully just a temporary situation.

Me, my girlfriend and our two chihuahuas stayed for one night. Overall a really nice hotel, highly recommend. Only negative is the 50€ for our dogs for one night.

It always feels like a treat to end our summer holiday at this hotel. Quiet, relaxing, lovely and spacious rooms. Love the breakfast options and the pool. Gald it's so close to the tram into the city centre.

A convenient airport hotel in Bordeaux, halfway from the city centre and the coast and close to the vineyard region (Saint Emilion).
Freshly-build facilities with large and comfortable rooms, a decent breakfast and pleasant pool and gym area.
Staff could be more attentive, check out time more flexible and they could allow the use of the pool and common facilities after checkout on the same day, as per various hotels in the same category.

Room was booked for an early check in. I.e booked night prior for an 8.30am check in . Room should have been ready the afternoon prior but we had to wait for 30 minutes for a room to be made available. Checkout 3 hours later

This is a fairly sterile Sheraton facility, neither warm and inviting nor located in a dangerous part of the city. Maybe the fact that we stayed over on a Sunday lead to the low activity in the hotel that we experienced. There is no hotel transportation provided; I know that the terminal is within walking distance, except if one is much older and can't handle heavy suitcases for the torturous walk through a construction zone.

This property is adjacent to the airport property and they provide free shuttle service to the airport. If you don't have much luggage, it is actually very walkable.

When you book a room for the wrong date and the hotel refuses to cancel and refund 10 minutes later they get a bad review. Hotel blames Expedia. Expedia blames hotel. I’m out 150 bucks so they get a bad review. Service matters folks!!! If they are this bad and I didn’t even stay there imagine how good their service will be. Bon chance!
