Front desk and valet were great - especially the valet when we checked in. Parking was very reasonable.

We never stayed here. We had the reservation through hotels.com. Cancelled reservation 2 days before the stay. They still charged my card and kept saying that we checked in. Called hotels.com and called the actual hotel they said they couldn't do anything about it.

My bed sheets I smell like they were left in the washer too long and unfortunately we didn't find out the scent until after the concert which was already late we ended up trying to get a hold of the front desk but couldn't reach them but was weird because when I went downstairs to smoke there was someone at the front desk

Parking for check in was not available. Had to drive around the block several times before we got lucky. Valet could not drive car with manual transmission.

Great stay! Older building but remodeled well. Modern room and great views. Great location and awesome helpful staff! Required valet parking was a little on the downside, but the guys were quick so not the worst.
