This was our first time staying at this hotel and we loved it! It was very clean, the beds and bedding were so comfortable, the additional sink was very handy, and having no carpet in the room was the best! It was fantastic having a microwave, fridge and safe in the room. The shower was really spacious and the shower head was enjoyable. There were a lot of lighting options so it didn’t feel like your typical couple of lamps hotel room. The windows even opened- score! When we checked in, the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The housekeeping and dining room staff were so nice. We were throughly impressed with the breakfast buffet! Definitely not your typical hotel breakfast. A really big selection of hot and cold foods and every day the menu changed. The food area was constantly being refilled, cleaned and maintained. The tables were washed as soon as they were emptied. The room has two walls of windows so it is bright and inviting. We didn’t use any other amenities in the hotel as we had a busy schedule. But the neighbourhood is very walkable and everything you could need is within a five minute walk. Parking was very easy and they have indoor parking too but we opted not to use that. Overall, a simply fantastic hotel that we would stay in again, 💯!!

I stayed for one night (Thursday, Sept.5), travelling on my way from Edmonton to my home in Barrie, Ontario. I had my bike locked on a bike rack on the back of my car parked in the outdoor lot on the side of the building. Sometime during the night, my bike was stolen off the back of my car. I looked around the parking area but no sign of my bike or certain parts of my bike rack. I started on the next part of my drive to Manitoba. Later on Friday, Sept.6, I rec'd a call from the Best Western front desk to advise me that they had found part of my bike rack. I inquired whether they could send this to me as I couldn't return back to Saskatoon. The front desk forwarded my call to Housekeeping so I could arrange this. My call went straight to voicemail & I left my info for a call back. I have yet to hear any response. This morning (Sept. 11), I left a message for the Front Desk manager to please call me. This hotel was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Breakfast room was clean and had enough options to satisfy everyone. Beds were comfortable and having a keurig machine in the room was nice. Only drawback was late checkin time of 4pm.

This is my return stay. Again the hotel is very clean, convenient, and quiet. Good location going anywhere in the city. Shopping is easy to access all the stores around the premises. Staff are friendly and helpful and agreeable to the services. Foods at breakfast are assorted for choosing. Very great stay. Will come again next time.

Close to restaurants and cinema. Very clean hotel and breakfast was good. Our room got fresh towels and bed was made every day. Always a friendly hello and smile when walking by the staff.

room was super clean and comfortable, breakfast was amazing and every staff (even visitors) were friendly :) my partner and i rlly enjoyed our stay here!
