Very comfortable, well appointed room. Has all the facilities you need, good size room, great shower & comfortable bed. Parking on site and walking distance to town. An excellent find at a good price point.

A good size room. Very clean. Walking distance to shops. An old property with work being done. I liked that it has a smart TV.

We stayed the one night on the last day of a trip. We have stayed here before and will again in the future. Our room (No3) was upstairs and a good size. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was the best we had all trip. Everything inhouse was in working order and the fridge was generous size. Thank you to the staff.

We had a great stay there , there was a bit of noise early due to some construction , but that is obviously temporary. I would definately recommend The Buckets Way Motel

Under new owners this property is a work in progress. Friendly and helpful owners got us out of a tight spot. Good, cheap breakfast, bar on site, a short walk to everything in Gloucester. EV owners note there are plans to instal EV charging which is lacking in Gloucester.

What a surprise package this place was!
Just an overnighter for me and a mate as we were passing thru on motorbikes.
The Manager offered to allow us to park our bikes around the back, in front of their private garage, out of public view and under a security camera. Also offered us towels to dry our bikes in the morning as it was raining.
Rooms were clean, well appointed and comfortable.
Bistro food was yum, woodfire heater was warm and the staff were friendly and helpful.
We'd definitely stay again.

Excellent common lounge area for group drinks and the best scrambled eggs, bacon and toast and great pot of coffee brought on time to my room. Friendly ans helpful hosts. I will be back.

Property is great and with good access to the high street and local amenities. New owners will be getting the restaurant going shortly which will only increase its rating.
