The stay was so uncomfortable and the rooms were not equipped with good air conditioner and there was no provision of drinking water. The breakfast buffet was not included but I independently paid for it but it was not worth it.

Perfect place to be in Rome, if you understand the space will be small compared to other cities in the world.
Location was excellent, the bed and sofa were very comfortable and we stayed with my wife and 2 kids with no issues at all. Shower is small, but I’m a big person and fit with no issues. They even have an elevator, it’s small, for 2 or 3 people, but again, if you understand where you are staying this is great.

This is our stay at property for our yearly Cartagena Vacation. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel has direct access to the beach and the property is a short taxi drive to ciudad amurallada and Getsemani. If you want to relax at the beach or the excitement of the city. This is a perfect location

Wonderful hotel with great staff. Truly looked out for their guests. The AC unfortunately was out of commission throughout the building but we were quickly and efficiently moved to the Radisson three doors down without fuss.

When you try to access the beach you get swarmed by all the beach vultures.(people who scam tourist).
