The hotel itself is beautiful and kept pristine. The staff hospitality was lacking. We were commonly spoken to with a disrespectful undertone throughout our trip. Along with other inconveniences, our trip could have definitely been better. The food is mediocre at best. Not the best place to get greek food ironically.

Very quiet & tranquil during our stay which was lovely. Hotel clean, food in main restaurant good with plenty variety. Tried Thalleta and La Cucina whist we were there which were both excellent. The only criticism is that it should be clearer that if you are on a half board package that the only restaurant included in this is the buffet restaurant and not any of the a la carte choices. Also as the hotel is closing for the winter it started to run out of wine and menu items. The hotel also advertises free water which would lead you to think this would be for the duration of your stay but it’s only the first night. Overall very happy with our stay but think certain things should be communicated more clearly to avoid confusion.

The one issue in the room is that a large pillar restricts access to the door to the balcony and makes it difficult to operate. Looks like a design fault in the room design. Amazing property, clean and in good condition, the best thing about the hotel is the team. Every team member we dealt with were friendly, welcoming, fun and engaging. They really went out of their way to look after us.
