The stay was great but i recomment to buy tickets for any event in the city straight at the location without go thogh the hotel. Otherwise you will buy almost double then you would.

All in all OK with nice quite areas. Breakfast a bit boring. Only one kind of juice. We were there for four nights. Only eggs one morning. First morning no bread basket (and we didn't ask as we did not know it was suppose to be there). Restaurant: McDonalds and Subway probably serve less dry chicken. At check in the front desk said "we have another room, if you like". We thought that was very nice but only to find out later that it was for an extra 50 dollars a night. I felt like they tried to trick me into an upgrade. Of course you have a better room than the standard room!

Friendly staff. Nice pool. Great view from common areas. Average room. 15 minute complimentary massage. Not the best value for the money.

This hotel was perfect in every way, what you should know is that is not walking distance to the center of buzios, but, they do have a van that takes you to the center at morning and evening, it is five minutes by car.

Very nice place, friendly staff. Every time I walked by a staff member, they said hi. Food was great. I especially enjoyed breakfast. The meals were pricey for just a lunch, but held up to the same standards as some of the restaurants in town. Only downside to this was the location. If you didn't want to take the 11:00 or 20:00 shuttle, you had to either walk (up a steep hill if you are going to costa do sol) or take a 18 r cab ride

It is a very nice hotel esp the room we had with the view of the ocean and the beach . The staff was very helpful esp Mahi the receptionist who went out of her way to help us as our credit card got lost in the beach and someone reported to the hotel . I would go back that hotel anytime .

This is not a boutique hotel. It is an over-priced B&B on the decline. The views from 2 of the rooms, which were supposedly Superior Deluxe, were not as advertised; blocked by roof tops or trees within the hotel. The pool was dirty and the breakfast served at 8am onwards was disappointing. Fair value would be £100 / $150. Avoid if priced higher!

Costa do Sol Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. I have stayed at five star Brazilian hotels and at hostels in Brazil, and Costa do Sol provided the best value I've encountered yet in Brazil (where good value accommodation is often hard to find in my experience). The room was airy and breezy, with a beautiful view of the bay in the distance. The breakfast was varied and hearty (and the coffee excellent). The pool area was clean, bright, festive, and they served great caipirinias. Only faults were the electrical outlets (which were uniformily of the new style - and the hotel could provide no converters) and the 24 hours when the wifi went down. Otherwise, I can highly recommend the hotel. The vallue is excellent, and it is a lovely spot to spend some days.

Lovely place with excellent staff. We had to check out early and they happily offered to make us a packed breakfast. Great views.

The hotel was great, nice areas and apartments, very convinient location. I'd suggest to change the restaurant schedule fro breakfast and dinners (too short). Also, room service would be nice too. The staff was very polite and helpful,
