I found the staff rude and no compassionate. I became ill before my stay, and had to cancel. I gave a 30 hour notice..but because it was not 48 hours, I had to pay for my room anyway, even thought I did not test postiive for Covid until 30 hours before my stay, therefore having to cancel my trip.

Decent value for the price. The walls were a bit thin and we could hear the people above us. The bathroom fan was loud and we had no ability to turn on just the light and no fan. Air conditioning was very loud. Otherwise no issues and it was as expected—a fair value hotel away from the lake.

I recently stayed at the Apple Inn Motel in Chelan, Washington, and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and very quiet, making for a restful stay. While the beds were a bit firm, they were still comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. Overall, the motel provided a pleasant and peaceful environment, perfect for a relaxing getaway. It was very hot and the small air-conditioner in the room was held together with ducr tape could not keep up. The fan did not work.

Older hotel, clean and served our needs. Two senior citizens were comfortable. Easy town to get around in. Extremely hot the days we stayed and ac worked wonderfully!
