Well located basic accommodation, very suitable. Roadworks all around accommodation was tricky for drop off and pick up. No relaxing during the day with vibrations from road compaction

Do not stay here unless you are tech savvy. Everything is done via their app. We had to book this room due to a change in our travel plans so it was last minute. The bathroom/shower are glass enclosures, with motion censored lights and right next to the bed. He had to use the facilities in the middles of the night, light turned on as he approached and was extremely bright and disruptive. This is a great location and the hotel is nice. We just did not find the rooms comfortable and downloading the app was a pain.

What a pleasant surprise! I lovethe clean, no-nonsense European style. The bed is a dream, as is the shower. Although not the greatest coffee, the complimentary coffee machine on each floor is nice, as is the filtered water dispenser. The room could use a full length mirror and mini-fridge.

Great stay, had a lovely room. Very clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly. The only downside was that the door was poorly insulated from noise. I could hear everything that was going on in the hallway, and I had the vending machine just outside which added more noise.

Great location close to the centre and clean room. The room was small and the bathroom isn’t in its own room so best for couples. Staff were lovely and there is space downstairs to hang out.

The hotel is tucked away at the end of the Main Street. There is construction going on in the front of the hotel, which is closed off, but taxis can still come pretty close to the hotel front door. My room was not facing the construction, so I’m unable to speak on the noise level on that side, but the mountain view rooms were terrific with a wonderful view and very quiet. Lovely front end staff - very helpful and super courteous. V everything is very walkable from this location.

Really enjoyed our short stay here, very clean and modern and just a short walk into town. Great value for money too! Other reviews mentioned a lot of construction on the street, but this didn't affect our stay at all. Would love to stay here again if we return to Queenstown!

Our stay was fantastic. Hotel is quite affordable and clean. Great location, easy walking distance to all the surrounding area. Bathrooms can be a little annoying with sensors turning lights off but otherwise and excellent stay!

An overall wonderful experience. Unfortunately there is construction being done right there that can’t be avoided but was not disruptive. Only for convenience. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and minimal. There is a nice terrace to go out on if the weather permits. We were lucky to view some fireworks. Would return again.

What an amazing hotel! Rooms were basic, but very comfortable. It has everything I needed few a few night's stay. The amenities the hotel offered were amazing. I loved having a hot-drinks vending machine on each floor complimentary. Great facilities, laundry room, storage, community room, rooftop, etc. I loved my stay here, and would book again.

Get location close to everything. Lovely view from the mountain view rooms. Clean and reasonable size. Some light wear and tear on some of the furnishings, which is negligible. Bed what comfortable enough bit couls have done with a mattress topper. Light and heating controls are excellent. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Biggest issue was soundproofing. Could hear my neighbourings in their rooms before bed and when leaving early in the morning. A little more soundproofing would have been nice possibly.

A 5 minute stroll to everywhere in the CBD with ample access to public transport also! There is current road works happening on the street which meant it was a bit of a longer walk to the carpark but this didn’t dampen our stay at all. Will definitely be staying again!

Lovely place with great customer service and modern-technology conveniences. I loved that I could check in via an app on my phone and use my phone as a room key. The room itself was a bit small but was perfect for one. I have to say, the WiFi was a bit spotty at times but the comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and wonderful views made up for a lot of that.
Wish I stayed for more nights but now know that the next time I’ll back in Queenstown, I’ll stay here.
