It closed down and houses homeless till the beginning of next year. Someone at hotel.com should be checking for hotels.com

Needed 2 rooms so i called them... they didn't update the reservation. Got 2 keys, both rooms were single bed, needed 2 beds. Took a while to get rooms. Next day, they moved us downstairs but only had 1 room with 2 beds and 1 single. Mirrors was broken, large whole in the wall, etc. Only 1 lamp, etc. Close and cheap, but not great.

It was semi decent stay. Very quiet and nice staff.

Roon was nice. Office staff were rude and told 'me they won't get change out my towels because it "should have been done during the day.. ' verbati'm , per the portly woman whom is the 'frobt office manager' overnights. I work all day and just wanted a clean towel. She proceeded to bite back, 'only the maid has access to the laundry.. ' you must think I was born yesterday and have never stayed in a hotel.. The " maid" had not once cleaned my room not left towels. Last time i and everyone I know stays here...

Arrived to find out the hotel had been taken over by Motel 6 and they dont work with Hotels.com. the previos property did not alert anyone and i booked my room after the take over.

Pretty much a scam they’re keeping their booking on Expedia at a cheaper rate when you get there they said its Motel 6 and charge you almost $100 more and the place is half a star. It’s horrible!

After getting room key door wouldn’t open. Lots of people outside of room didn’t feel comfortable. Door was also flimsy and area wasn’t the cleanest. When we came back staff informed us of a lot of things that were wrong with the location that was not advertised in the Expedia hotel description. After asking to cancel our reservation staff stated “we can not do that”. Cooperated with staff asked for a receipt so I can make sure I get my refund because nothing felt legit. Staff stated “she cannot do that either” ???? Took a picture of the deposit agreement and is the only thing I could leave with. As we were leaving five cop cars were on their way out as well. Glad we left and didn’t stay.

Was on the second floor , u could smell weed all over the place and my neighbors seemed like crackheads always watching me , even when i opened my door I cought him peeking my dooor like if he was trying to open it , overall im never booking in that place again!!!

Honestly, most rooms are nice and comfortable.But there's a few that you want to steer clear of
