My stay was for business, the hotel overall was fine, but in a very noisy location and the breakfast was VERY limited, not worth the money I paid, the room wasn't so good, very small. Only plus point was the location, it's near the station.

Really lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean rooms. Perfectly positioned between the the main train station and Piazza Bra. 10 minutes walk from the station, 10 minutes to the heart of the old town. Perfect for our stopover.

It was a bit away from the tourist areas, but still very walkable. Very clean and quiet.

Perfect location, walk distance from train station and to the city center. You feel yourself very welcome there, nice helpful staff. Simple breakfast. Clean room. The only one star less for the shower cabine. Sink didn't work and you need to stay in dirty water.

Loved the open space and how large it was. We are a family with teenagers and didn’t feel cramped. The checkin process was easy. 8 min walk to train station and short walk to the main part of town.

Staff in the front desk were kind and helpful. Room is good for the price. The only negative thing I can think of is that the sockets don't fit my EU adapter. Everything else was superb.

Great little hotel in a superb location,about 10 mins walk to train station around 15 mins walk to Verona arena,staff very polite and helpful,would definitely stay here again.

Location of the hotel is very good and the staff were friendly but thy rooms were very noisy with little to no sound proofing and paper thin ealks. We could literally hear what the people in the next room were saying. It was especially noisy on the morning. Also the room was quite noisy and stuffy but the Aircon wasn't turned on. When we asked the receptionist we were told they weren't allowed to use Aircon until June (we went in mid May). We couldn't leave the window open over night as it was too noisy on the roads. Both of us had really poor sleep in the end.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. Single room ok size for sleeping, bed too hard for my comfort, but room clean and good small shower. Can't beat location between train station and city centre 11 - 12 mins each way so didn't bother with bus or taxi. Would stay again despite bed, but would upgrade to a double bed.
