From the moment we arrived the staff were polite and attentive. The room was very nice and a good size. A good level of cleanliness throughout the rooms and hotel.
We had a nice meal in the restaurant and the breakfast was fabulous, great choice of cooked food, fruit/ yogurt, pastries etc.
well positioned for Wembley Stadium or the Arena. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel , staff are friendly and helpful, comfy bed and chairs. Stayed due to seeing starlight express which wasn't too far from hotel. Breakfast was very good with a good variety of food. Staff constantly ask if you want tea, coffee etc...

The room, breakfast and location were also excellent. Having access to the pool, sauna and steam room were also a great addition. The other issue I encountered was when being addressed by members of staff, they only referred to my male partner rather than me. For example, 'good morning, Sir' and 'thank you, Sir' at breakfast rather than addressing both of us.

Very poor nights sleep due to very noisy fan above ceiling that was unable to be turned off. Literally kept me awake all night. Complained at desk but just got an apology ! This has put me off staying at a Hilton.

It was a good clean room, with spacious bathroom and all the necessary amenities. It is worth noting that you won’t be able to use the fridge as it is a minibar and has sensors and there are no shoe horn.
Breakfast is good, but there is no coffee machine, so you might consider using a coffee shop if you enjoy a good cup of coffee in the mornings. Overall was good for one night and it was super convenient to get to the concert venue, so a rather positive experience.

The hotel was in a great location with safe and secure parking next door which was heavily discounted when staying at the Hilton. The main areas were very modern, of a high standard and very clean however when we entered the corridor to our room the hallway stank of cannabis! The room itself though was fine, nice and clean etc. Bed was comfy and easy to adjust heating, although fan was very noisy but it did have a large water stain on the ceiling in the bathroom, however you often seem to get those in hotels.
We were staying at the Hilton for our 10th wedding Anniversary, upon arrival the lady at check in gave us a complimentary voucher for 2 x house drinks to use in the bar or restaurant. We went to the Skybar in the evening, it had a nice atmosphere with a man playing acoustic guitar which was a nice touch. My husband had a glass of house red, I ordered a gin however I asked to pay the difference to upgrade it but the lady said it wasn’t possible so we ended up with 2 x house reds instead and I paid for a nicer gin!
The breakfast was amazing, a wide range of choice from cold meats, cereals, traditional English breakfast, freshly made omelets and a large range of pastries. All of which was great quality. We didn’t have chance to use the pool or gym because we only stayed 1 night but we would certainly stay here again and would recommend to others!

Great hotel. Room was spacious and well equipped. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Bathroom clean and well appointed although the shower curtain was too long to go in the bath. We had drinks in the bar on the 9th floor which had great views across Wembley.

The sky bar was a bonus, being able to finish our night off with cocktails with a view. We also loved that check out was 12 so we could enjoy a good lie in. We wouldn’t definitely stay here again!

What a fantastic stay we had. A lovely looking hotel in a great area. We had a really lovely welcome at reception. Our room was perfect. Comfy beds, lots of room and very clean. Easy parking system. Great area with everything we needed walkable. Sky bar was nice too. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect location for those going to events at Welmbley stadium. It's, however, overpriced and they force you to book more rooms, even if you have kids traveling with you. But the convenience is the key - getting out of a concert and just walk for 10 min to your room is a perfect ending to a busy day...
