This is a very nice, comfortable property. The kitchen was not open so there was no breakfast, but there were cafes near by. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them, If anything could improve it would be internet access which was patchy.

The Hotel itself is fine and good value for money - unfortunately the area around the hotel has deteriorated and was very dirty with rubbish strewn over the streets. The hotel is clean and tidy and the roof top seating area is nice. The rooms are ok but dated as are the bathroom facilities but for the price it was a good and value option to stay.

I suspect someone is trying to boost this hotel’s ratings with false reviews. This is not a 3,5 star hotel. It’s maximum 2. There’s no breakfast and no bar available, the hotel is old, and rather dirty. Furniture, bed, shower, toilet, everything is worn down and would need a complete refurbishment. The staff is friendly though. The hotel is located next to the party area Bella Vista, but on the “wrong” side, in an area that is so unsafe that a majority of the buildings have barbed wire fences. The hotel itself locks you in, because of the area, with an iron gate infront of the front door. You’ll have to call for assistance to be let out of the hotel, and in of course. Also, I fell and scratched my elbow around the corner from the hotel. When asking the reception for a first aid kit, desinfectant and band aids, the guy working just said that none was available, because it was locked away at this hour he said they did have one, but it was locked away at this time and he didn’t have the key (this was at 8.30pm). On top of that, they have a very complicated WiFi-system with equally complicated passwords and still don’t reach all rooms. So count on using your roaming if you’re travelling internationally. And the last day there was no electricity in the whole building from very early morning and still none when I collected my bags and left for the airport at 2pm.

We checked in and checked out 20 minutes later. The photos you see online must have been taken many years ago. This is bait and switch! Of course done manager will respond to this review and apologize, offering to make it “right” next time- don’t buy it it! This place is more in line with a crack house than a hotel. You have been WARNED!

It's a small hotel, cozy and comfortable. After five days there we felt like we were home. The receptionists were wonderful, friendly, kind and very helpful. Our room was always clean.

The property is very depressing looking and different than the photos online. The bedding was very dirty, filled with stains. The staff are lovely and super nice. If you can spare the additional money, I would stay somewhere else.

The hotel is within walking distance of fantastic restaurants and clubs. Recommendations: THE HOTEL CAT - the hotel has a cat named Luna. Luna roams around the hotel at her leisure. It would be nice to let guests know this before in case anyone is allergic to cats. CLEANLINESS- The hotel was not clean. It had a layer of dust on the furniture and in the rooms. The hotel has hardwood floors, and the dirt is obvious. My bathroom was not clean before my arrival. There was hair around the toilet, and the drinking glasses in the hotel room were not properly cleaned. During my three-night stay, my room was not cleaned. AMENITIES - The hotel did not provide the complete list of amenities listed on the webpage and their guest-welcome pamphlet. It is essential to update all websites, brochures, and third-party websites with accurate information. The hotel did not serve breakfast, and there was no bar. The concierge service was non-existent. Very friendly and helpful staff, great location.

We felt the location was good as with walking distance of restaurants and away from potential bad areas.

I loved the stay. I was expecting the room to be a bit bigger, but I wasn't in there very much because it was in a great location. I would totally stay here again just for that alone.

The staff, especially Andrea, were SO helpful -- they gave us restaurant recommendations, helped us reserve airport transfers, and had a breakfast ready for us to take with us when we checked out before the official breakfast time. Only complaint is that the hotel is a little dated.

A great place to stay conveniently located. The bathroom was very small. The staff very helpful.
