Hotel did not have a Queen room so decided a downgrade to a double bed was the answer when they were nearly empty. Blamed it on housekeeping and did nothing to make it right. Otherwise the stay was good and room was quiet.

The 2nd day were were there, our room was not made up and we had to send for towels as only 1 days towels are provided.

I was disappointed to find out that the restaurant was closed after nine pm and the lounge closed until further notice but then it was Monday evening. Closed probably due to economic reasons.

One of the nicest facilities I have stayed at in a long time.
The room was extremely well maintained, the housekeeping was on point, the bed was comfortable, the internet was extremely fast for a hotel, the hotel was very quiet, the in room coffee was good, and the staff was friendly.
The rooms decor was slightly dated (which I kind of liked myself), and the gym equipment was slightly older, but still worked good.

Great central location with adequate parking for a large truck. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Pet friendly as well. We will continue to stay at the Lakeland Inn.

Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Check in and check out was very fast. Staff remembered us from a previous visit a few months back and welcomed us back. We will continue to stay at the Lakeland Inn when we come to Cold Lake to fish. Well done!!

The facility is clean and neat, but noisy from next door and you can clearly hear people talking in the hallway. Except this, it’s a good place to stay.
