Basic, simple hotel. Clean, fairly comfortable, smooth check in / check out

Breakfast was great the first morning but fairly lacking the other days of stay.

The manager is appalling horrible extremely rude and ignorant horrible with customers we are frequent guests here and are great guests never had any issues anytime but manager specifically has been beyond rude threatened us accused us wrongly was and has been beyond rude and opinionated looked down her nose made assumptions talk down to us made us feel embarrassed uncomfortable very displeased and for employees giving us wrong information and allowing normal regulations to happen she makes up her out rules and regulations regarding hotel. Extremely upset with manager I will be cont head office regarding her specifically

Breakfast was good, really nice selection and variety

No freezer in room. The jacuzzi and gym were out of order. Asked for feather-free and got feathers. Broken curtains, dirty carpets and floor. Only got 3 towels for 4ppl. Ice machine unavailable.

The room was clean. Front desk staff were great to deal with.

Parking is tight. Room key would not grant me access to perimeter door at back of hotel. No restaurant or lounge in hotel or close by.

Brenda was very friendly. Bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was a nice feature to have.

Everything was fine.

I was late 10 minutes for breakfast, wasn't told the times upon checking in. The lady didn't allow me and my children to get juice or coffee even just 10 minutes late. Very disappointed I even paid extra on the app to get breakfast included.

Breakfast was good,room was large .

Room was so hot when we arrived.Had air conditioning on all the time and it was noisy.Some one above us was very noisy in the middle of the night.Thumping noise.

One of the better free breakfasts we've had in a hotel.

Room was very warm, even with the air conditioner running all night.
