My stay was good. It was a busy time for me. We are out everyday to sort out busy and pieces for my mother.
While in the restaurant there was NO WiFi this is dis-appointing.
The staff attitude and kindess is noted.

housekeeping team was very helpful, they always refilled our water bottles. also, when our hot shower was not working, they resolved the problem quickly.

I can say our stay was good but combined by the staff service and their professionalism and their effort to meet every guess requirement especially in my situation with my poorly mother everything was difficult for me however with the help of the hotel staff from concierge Michel, the housekeeping team on the 5th floor Junalyn and Kim our stay was a breeze and they made it so comfortable providing everything we need during our stay, because of our great service from the team our stay was excellent and I will definitely stay again on my return to Philippines.

I can say our stay was good but combined by the staff service and their professionalism and their effort to meet every guess requirement especially in my situation with my poorly mother everything was difficult for me however with the help of the hotel staff from concierge Michel, the housekeeping team on the 5th floor Junalyn and Kim our stay was a breeze and they made it so comfortable providing everything we need during our stay, because of our great service from the team our stay was excellent and I will definitely stay again on my return to Philippines.

Great location and kind staff but these are only great things about this hotel. Hotel is quite old, especially rooms. Air-con was so old that it kept me up because of noise level.

I enjoyed staying in Hotel 101. Everything was great except for some homeless kids were following me or touching my bag. Thank you for your service and l would like to express my gratitude to especially the security guards checking the vehicles.

No TV internet connection broke my day. Hotel management should have offered customers some "free" items such as food & drinks, laundry or any discounts, etc. that will compensate for the loss.

Stayed 1 night as I had an International flight the next day. Close to the Airport. Took a GRAB car both ways. Checkin was quick. The lobby is nice however the room seemed dated. Shower temp & flow was good. Bed was comfy and Aircon worked. Breakfast was Asian style however there were scrambled eggs, toast, juices, pancakes and many other varieties buffet style. SM Mall is a comfortable walk which is a big plus.

Maganda siya but I'm a little bit disappointed because we stayed there 2 nights with my foreigner boyfriend when our last night there we went to outside to eat dinner when we came back the guard he stop me he said you have to write your name first for Register he think that I'm a girl who works in bar or street i was offended TBH when he say that i have to register write my name and register that's pretty funny because I'm the only one who booked that hotel😅

This is a hotel I always use when I go on business trips.. I won't book here anymore.
The response is slow. When I asked about the door not opening during my stay, I waited in the lobby for 40 minutes. I had to get a new card key because the door wouldn't open.
It was a simple battery replacement, but it took 40 minutes, and the manager didn't even apologize.

It was a pretty okay hotel. Pretty close to everything but the condition of the hotel is rough. Excellent staff tho!
