The room had a musty odor that we later found mold in the bathroom, bathroom also had broken tiles, TV had no local or major networks, could not watch the world series game. Air conditioning/ heat was so loud that you could not sleep. the room had ice buckets but no ice. I would say the staff was very nice and the outside of hotel was very clean

Between hotels.com and this hotel, I am completely unsatisfied. I have been booking through hotels.com for years at this hotel as this is a yearly trip for me. I have always booked as a single traveler and a double bed room. In all of my years booking this way, this was the first year it became an issue. My husband and elderly mother have always been with for my trips. It has always been the same guy running the hotel but this year was all new people. Upon checkin, the clerk failed to notify me of any issues with my booking. She checked me in and I went about my day. Four days later the manager knocks on my door to tell me I owe an additional $500 if I want to continue my stay. I paid in full and upfront to get any discounts that may apply. I booked for 7 days but was being told that that money I paid to hotels.com only covered for the rest of that day unless the additional $500 was paid to cover the remaining 3 days. I had no choice but to pay this money or risk losing somewhere to stay or having my belongings held hostage. The hotel claims that they needed to charge me for the extra people in my room. They charged me an additional $65 per person per day but yet if I had modified my booking with hotels.com, it would have only been an additional $6.50 per person. Due to the hotel waiting 4 days to notify me of such charges, hotels.com refuses to do anything because I failed to modify my booking before checkin. Had i known this at checkin, this could have been avoided.

After being awake travelling for 24 hours we went to bed at 10pm. At 11pm we were woken up by banging on the door with a member of staff accusing us of having guests. We did not have guests. He was very rude and accused us without even saying hello, asking any questions or trying to have a conversation. He was adamant even though it must have been quite obvious he had woken us up. Eventually he went away but he did not apologise then or at any point during the rest of our stay.
The key card to our room stopped working on two occasions.
We asked for fresh towels which we never received.
On the final night a huge leak came through the bathroom ceiling.

The check-in process took 10 mins. There was 1 person in front of me. She was on the computer forever hitting keys and entering information. They need to streamline their check-in service. The room smelled musty/moldy.

When I first tried to check in, (40 mins) early, I was told there was no clean room yet which I found interesting. I asked if I can leave my luggage here whilst waiting for check in, the lady told me that they’re not responsible and will not watch the bags. I asked if I can pay for early check in which the lady told me was not possible. Finally got the room, and the toilet was clogged, the room looks like it was half ass cleaned. Carpet looks dirty. Never again.

No visitors allowed, parking is first come first serve, and they only have 6 spots for 20 ish rooms. Owner was trying to be helpful after complaining with Expedia.

This hotel needs a total make over inside the rooms its not the same in the picture. The furnitures are very old and electric outlet plugs are just extensions glued on the wall. I had to take out the plug of the outdated alarm clock to plugged my charger. The shower head doesnt doesnt work well . The airconditioner needs cleaning and its very noisy. The carpet smells like molds.I had asthma flare. The guy in the reception is not friendly. In fairness the cleaning lady was nice when for extra toilet paper and an extra clean towel.
