This is a terrible budget hotel. The staff is very rude and sadsy. Asking for extra towels was like asking for a huge favor. They were rude upon arrival and check out. The shower sprayed all over the bathroom every time you showered. The bed sheets were dirty. The room is very simple and not at all comfortable. Even the location of the hotel is a nightmare, there is no where to park and the area is really run down. Just pay for a better hotel

I had amazing experience at the tent. The accommodation is affordable, walkable distance to the beach, rooms are of good size. Very convenient location with géneral stores , dining restaurants, transport links, beach, bike renting right outside the property. Everyone is so friendly from reception staffs to housekeepers to caterers. I'm glad to have chosen tent for my stay. Will definitely come back if i visit palma again and absolutely recommend to everyone. !! Also, they have free brunch service from 0800 - 1330 and luggage storage after checkout.

Clean and tidy with lots of comfy chillout areas.
Go back as many times for the brunch 0800-1300
Pool area sunbeds aren't enough for the size of the hotel but fab if you can get one🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Simple but clean hotel with a good brunch service, friendly staff and quiet. Great location close to airport and city also beach is 5 min walk.

Great property, sea view balcony rooms are great. Recent refurb has done wonders for the hotel. Unlimited brunch is brilliant - great selection and plentiful. Regular busses to Palma centre and the airport so it’s well connected. Would very much recommend.

They had great facilities and the hotel looked nice... some of the staff were really friendly and others not so much... need to work on there alarm systems.

When i checked in , i saw the window was broken but i showed it to the employee and they been very helpful. I mean its not a big deal , especially since the room was always clean , the brunch was amazing and the stuff have been very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for your next trip in Mallorca. You wont need a taxi from the airport as well. Its easy to get there via bus .

I mean its not a big deal , especially since the room was always clean , the brunch was amazing and the stuff have been very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for your next trip in Mallorca. You wont need a taxi from the airport as well. Its easy to get there via bus .

The elvators were terrifying to ride, and it took 40 minutes to check it with only one guest ahead of us in line.
Sitting at the bar I waited 20 minutes to get served, when I finally got ahold of the people who were working there they told me they were getting ready for a new shift and it would be at least another 20 minutes before I could be served. They had seen me sit there for 20 minutes and never thought to tell me that it would be a while. Terrible service - let people know what's going on.
