Property was clean and great location for stop over with earlier connection. The free transport via sky train is welcomed. Staff was great and very accommodating. Great experience overall.

Close to airport

Property itself is fine, rooms are cozy. Only real issue was that they incorrectly charged us $278 in property taxes when we had paid in full through expedia and it took almost 2 months to get it refunded. The woman I spoke to the first time was incredibly rude and apparently didn't do anything so we had to call a second time. If you book through expedia make sure you review the reciept when checking out.

The hotel and room itself were quite nice. I arrived at midnight as an in-transit guest, leaving early next morning for a 6:30 a.m. airport check in. This hotel is within the airport and you need to use the SkyTrain to access it. Which in itself was a short trip from the airport. However, as a first time visitor in transit through this airport, it was not made clear that we would need to take the SkyTrain. We made our way to the platform with the various hotel shuttles as many other guests did. We presented our reservation confirmation stating our hotel, and the shuttle driver just took all the Renaissance guests to 'his' hotel - which was the incorrect one for a few of us. It would have been helpful to have him ask 'which' Renaissance we were staying at, so that we could have avoided going to the incorrect hotel and then to wait for the shuttle's return to go back to the airport to get to the SkyTrain to the correct location.

Excellent location. Had to catch a early flight and the hotel is right next to the tram station. I was able to return my rental hop the tram and go directly to the hotel. Then catch the tram in the morning to the airport. The room was excellent, loved the bathroom and shower.

The hotel is very beautiful and clean. It is very convenient to the car rental center and the airport.

The hotel is really good indeed. Well designed room and comfortable beds. The only drawback is the area which hasn't much to do in a walking distance.

Second stay at this property. I wish the restaurant was open later. Other than that our stay was wonderful! Will stay here again when traveling through Atlanta.

I really liked the close proximity to the airport. The staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. The $40 fee to park on the parking garage was a little much, but I suppose that’s the norm for areas like that.

During check-in, there was a mistake where I was checked in under a previously canceled reservation. Due to the unavailability of rooms, I was unable to stay in the originally booked 2-rooms with a king bed.Tthe supervisor, claimed that reservations made through 3rd party reception could not be guaranteed, and the front desk rudely suggested that I should find another hotel. This experience was extremely disappointing, as it highlighted how inconvenient it can be when not booking directly through the hotel.

From the moment we pulled up, the nice lady at Valet was immediately attentive and polite. The front desk attendant was very professional and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. The best shower I ever had in my entire life was at this hotel. I will definitely be staying here on my future trips to the city.
