Most motels don’t do cleaning every day but this one cleaned our room and made up the rollaway cot for my little grandson and even spread out his little blanket on it and put his stuffy on it which I thought was special

I had a hard time with the stairs, the hotel did not have an elevator. Some room numbers were written on paper and stuck on wall by doors. There was a hole cut in carpet by bed.

One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. The parking lot was full but it was not noisy at all. We will be back next time we are in Lincoln.

Pool was broken and hot tub was cold. Room was poorly cleaned. Asked front desk to bring blankets to our room and was told to come get it and he couldn't send it to our room.

Everything was as advertised. There were some worn down spots in the room and a few electrical issues otherwise it was fine. Beds were comfy. Good location.

The entire lobby and hallway smelled like marijuana, I believe it was being smoked in the back office.
Our non smoking room smelled like smoke horrible and the stare of the room was run down. We had a hand written note on our desk that said “not dirty, paint stain” above a huge white blotch. We only needed the room to sleep in after the Husker game, which was fine but I wouldn’t stay here again and definitely would not bring my kids with the drug usage.

Sink faucet leaked making a pool of water on the counter. The carpet and wall below were soaked and wall was moldy. The pool was cloudy and didn’t seem to be heated. Before I arrived someone with the same name checked in and my card was used to pay. They did fix that before I arrived

When I checked in, I was not greeted hello what so ever, just asked for photo id. Not a word spoken. Incredibly uncomfortable encounter. My room was very gross, seemed to be in the back of the hotel where no one was occupying rooms. I had to walk around garbage and a ladder, and there was chairs and mirrors outside the room next to me. They must of been working on a room. Granted this is 10pm at night. It was scary, and uncomfortable and made me feel a little unsafe. I have a photo of that scene… and the big tub in the middle of the room, had soup scum all over it. Reviews are very misleading. I will never stay here again, and would not recommend it to anyone either. Terrible service. And gross and unclean

This property is sub par. We purchased a “king suite” to sleep 5. It was a room for 3. Dirty, dingy, mold in shower. Waited 45 minutes to get a pillow for fourth person. Requested a refund.

The AC was out in the main lobby and the door to the pool was propped open for air flow. It was over 100°F outside that day, so it was HOT in the lobby. Our first room had wet carpet outside the bathroom so we were moved to a different room. The 2nd room had ants. We checked the pool and it was HOT. The pool water was 85°. The hot tub had cooler water in it. We did not stay and ended up getting a room at a different hotel. We have stayed at this hotel before and it was fine. I don’t know what changed but the hotel was a disaster.

The pool was absolutely disgusting. That was the whole reason we went. The picture of the pool must have been from years ago. It doesn't look like that anymore. The room had a funk to it, and the internet lied about having changing adapters. Bring a wall charger!

The registration was neither warm or cold. A neutral young man checked me in. Room was as I remembered from 35+ years ago. Yes modernized to some degree. Plenty of hot water & good towels; but faucet handles so calcified they were hard to turn. When to spa to relax and water was ice cold (70’s) plus spa control did not work at every turn. Bathroom toilet needs update it is old fashion very low item. Plus when next room flushed I thought I was in his bathroom, soo loud. This place is a good example of an old facility that a corporation is milking to continue operation. I will not stay here again. On a scale of 0-10 this is a 4.
