I wish the mini fridge would have had a freezer section as I had ice packs that I could not re-freeze for the next days traveling.

It was a great location! Easy to access necessities and very close to the highway! We stay here 3-5 times a year and never have had a bad experience!

it was easy to find and had great amenities like a weight room and a pool. Breakfast, though limited, was hot and fresh.

Our bathroom had mildew growing along the caulk in the tub and I cleaned it fairly easily with a few Clorox wipes which made me wonder if it had been cleaned before we arrived. Most of the staff members were kind, so fantastic, welcoming, and accommodating! All but the lady who ran the breakfast. Huffing under her breath when my kids were getting breakfast-all of which was assisted by myself, my husband, or my mom. She rolled her eyes and made a few unkind remarks when my mom accidentally spilled some cold cereal. Which my mom cleaned up with no offers of help from the employee. “What we’re you thinking?!” and “The broom is in there” was all she proffered. She would then go and sit in the eating area and both mornings she turned the volume up on the TV so that having a conversation with the person next you felt uncomfortable because most people don’t talk top volume in public places or when seated next to one another. I know there are people that have no concept of how to treat hotel staff appropriately and we try very hard to not be those people. The ones who complain or make a mess simply because we can and “someone else will take care of it”. It really did feel like she just didn’t care to do anything but the bare minimum and was upset by anyone that interrupted her morning routine.

Bed size and it was comfortable.

It’s was very loud. We could hear a lot of noise from the room above us and in the hallway which made it difficult to get rest.

Staff was very professional and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Making the reservation was easy and checkin and checkout were both very easy.

The food for breakfast was not up to the standards otherwise. The location was convenient, and although the area is unappealing that is not the fault of the hotel.

it’s hard finding a motel with 2 king beds. it was perfect for my family of 5 and two yorkies!
