I go every year for my birthday the Ogunqit Playhouse! Great location! Parking underground is a must for the street. Not fancy, just the right fit!

We loved how spacious our room was. An older property but very clean. Great location central to everything.

Property was dated and floors very creeky upstairs. Lots of noise in hallway and entry. Our suite was unfortunately located next to the main access closet and was extra traffic. Not the best spot for a suite.

Just two nights - large suite with separate bedroom. Small kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Plates, cups an utensils!! Indoor pool and outdoor hot tub were wonderful. Easy walk to all spots in Ogunquit. Parking available, no fee. Hoghly recommend!!

I booked this room through Hotels.com for two adults and one dog but when I arrived I learned that they do not accept pets. So I had to drive my small dog to my daughter's home in Portland and then return to Ogunquit. Then in the morning there was no hot water for a shower until I ran the sink water for over ten minutes. But I had no time to shower then because I had to leave to go get my puppy before returning home. Also heard people walking around upstairs and our bed was very firm, nice linens though. Way over priced for what we received.

Bathroom exhaust fan was very loud and the shower head was faulty. Otherwise, a perfect place.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The rooms are large with a seperate living room and bedroom. It also has a great balcony. We only stayed one night so we didn’t get to experience much of the amenities. It was an easy walking distance to Perkins Cove, the Marginal Way and downtown Ogunquit. Also very clean and parking is under the building in a garage. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Bed and pillow were nice, would have like more choices for breakfast. No bananas only oranges. Oatmeal was good and fresh hard boiled eggs. Wish they would have yogurt to choose from. Only waffles no muffins or toast.
