I love being on the 4 floor I don’t have hear the kids running back-and-forth and the kids do it all night and it’s irritating

Went with my daughter and son n law, and 3 grandkids. We were pretty tired, easy check in, lovely hotel, everyone was happy!!

The breakfast here is not fresh. Not much selection. The hotel Manager or any employees are not really friendly. They do not even greet their guests. No “good morning” or even a simple “Hi”. For them, you are like a ghosts.

Great stay. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. No problems. Would stay here again!

I have to say that it was an amazing stay. Clean, spacious, convenient, and would just say to add a fan in the restroom. We took our son to college and enjoyed our time with him. My kids loved the breakfast and pool.

They did not fix the washroom, we stayed for 7 nights and told them so many times but they didn’t listen

When I showed up for my reservation we were a day late for our 2 night stay. We had our flights cancelled the day before, then delayed the day we arrived, and we got in at 11:30pm- exhausted. The front desk clerk said that he couldn't check us in under our Hotels.com reservation because the computer system wouldn't let him, so he told us the only way we could get into our rooms was to pay him with a credit card, then he'd reimburse us the next day. We needed to get the kids to bed, so I said fine. The next day the manager said he couldn't refund our money and that we'd have to take it up with Hotels.com. We found out later that Hotels.com can only reimburse if the hotel agrees- and Clovis Fresno said NO! They said they were keeping the $607 they charged us for the 2 nights stay through Hotels.com and the $407 they charged us the night we arrived in order to get into our rooms. When I called to speak to a manager he said "too bad". These people should not be in business! DO NOT STAY HERE!

This is my second time staying at Home2Suite Hilton and I love it!! The staff is so friendly and kind. It was an easy check in and check out. The breakfast was still just as good and the room was so clean and wonderful!! Definitely will be my to-go-to when I am in town visiting!

First of all i asked to change to a 2 bed room (paid same price) and was told no. Then the room they gave me had dirty dishes put back up with the clean ones. The microwave was filthy..the room stunk and most importantly the pillows were like lumps of whatever it was made of. Solid broke up lumps. very uncomfortable!! The couch cushions were filthy! The whole experience was horrible! I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!
