September 19, 2024. First trip to Ireland so we were unaware of some of the accommodations in this country that are standard in America. Husband/wife/ teenage son. We had a king bed and a single pullout which took up the entire room. This room would be perfect for just a couple. Our son is small so the pull-out bed was ok for him but it would likely be too small for anyone over the age of 10. Overall the room was great. Very clean. It’s basically a studio apartment that was furnished with al the kitchen necessities you would need. There was also AC which was wonderful and another standard American amenity that we didn’t know would not be the case in the other hotels we booked this trip. Location was great. We walked all over Dublin and didn’t need to drive anywhere. Things that would have made it better would be a top sheet for the bed and thinner blanket or comforter as the AC would only go so low. Wash cloths in the bathroom would have been a plus as we do not use the plastic poofs or loofas that most people do I suppose and the shower only had gel bodywash. Parking was also not convenient as the car park was a few blocks away and the parking was additional. Overall very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend for anyone needing a longer term stay than one night.

We were very pleased with our visit to the StayCity Apart Hotel, Tivoli, Dublin. We had done the on line pre check in, which was easy. The staff at the desk was very accommodating and let us in our room a bit early. We had just arrived in Dublin after an overnight flight from the U.S. Consequently, we really appreciated the kindness of the staff. Our room and bath as well as the kitchenette were very clean. Our bed was very comfortable. The overall vibe of the hotel is fresh and trendy. The breakfast option can be pre-booked or you can pay at point of service. We found the breakfast selection very good. The hotel is also within walking distance of many attractions. The only down side was our original room was booked to another before our arrival. We were then booked into another room which was fine with the exception that it had a handicapped bathroom which meant 60% of the shower space was occupied by a handicap shower chair. We were informed of the handicap shower chair before we went to the room. However, we had not realized how much of an obstacle the shower chair would create for us, for a handicapped person the bathroom was well done. I recommend this hotel if your planning a trip to Dublin.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We felt very valued as guests.

I was not expecting it to be as nice as it was. It was really relaxed and lovely and so well located with everything we needed within walking distance and also, reasonably priced compared to a lot of hotels in Dublin.

The staff are incredibly sweet and kind. They've gone above and beyond since my arrival. I couldn't recommend this place more.

Our family stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with 2 single pullout couch. We weren't planning on being at the room much during the day as we had a lot of sightseeing planned. However we all got colds and ended up spending more time than we wanted there. It was small but if you're out and about, it's fine. The pullout beds were not the worst I've slept in. I actually slept pretty well. Our room was at the end of the hall and we never heard any other guests through the walls. The location was good, especially if buying a visitor's bus card. Local buses will get you everywhere you need in minutes if you aren't looking to walk your entire stay. The front staff ordered us a taxi for an early morning flight the night prior and taxi was on time. Otherwise, we didn't use any hotel services.

Everything was simple, fresh and very friendly. The Breakfast provided varied options and things were fresh and presented well.

Great location and excellent staff service. We arrived at 0500 am and were granted early check in. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay at a very reasonable price considering the cost of other hotels in the area while the Coldplay concerts were on. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, nice atmosphere in the bar and public area. Hotel room has everything you need and was very clean. Definitely recommend 👍
