Beautiful room with fabulous view of the harbour. Staff very friendly and helpful, gave great restaurant recommendations. Lovely breakfast brought to the room

This is a great place to stay if you would like to be in the center of everything in La Rochelle. The view from the window is fantastic, and the room was very quiet despite all the hustle and bustle outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The only thing we had an issue with was the WiFi. If you are from another country and depend on Wi-Fi for communication, it goes in and out, so not very reliable.

We received the friendliest welcome ever. We had help taking luggage up and down stairs. No noise problems. Good AC and brilliant shower. Central location with a fantastic view.
Disappointed that we did not have a full length window as shown in the picture but fully enjoyed the week that we spent there.

The absolute best harbor views from our room. Beautiful modern bath and shower. Very helpful staff. The harbor walkway outside the hotel is very busy with walkers, cyclists (and dogs!); great for people watching; but the double glazed windows kept out all the sound at bedtime. The stairs are a challenge but staff willing to help with luggage. We will certainly stay again.

We came on Bastille day so parking was crazy but we finally found parking a ways away. The hotel was fabulous. The staff called a few times to check in on when we would get there and let us know what to expect. The desk closes at 8 and we came in later than that but they have a lock box. Fireworks right out our window. Breakfast delivered in the room. It was perfect.

No parking, even temporary stopping to drop off luggage, anywhere within 10 minutes walk. Felt unsafe to leave anything in the car so ended up paying a lot for underground parking 15 minutes walk away.
In room breakfast was very nice, well worth it. Spacious room. Oddly tiny loo, hardly space to sit

The hotel is in a lovely location but not car friendly, staff were lovely. lots of stairs not for older people. View from the front windows (where we were) was fab. Just need to think hard about your parking before you go

Outstanding staff, great value and spotlessly clean.
Our rooms views were memorable and (as a bonus) the ‘double’ double glazed window kept the evening street noise out.

The hotel was centrally located and had lots of great and not so great restaurants around. Ursula was really helpful and so nice to work with. Vincent gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations and also was available for any request. Thank you!!

A wonderful stay in La Rochelle! We loved the cute room and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Our only complaint was the bed was a little bit dusty or hairy in someway that was unpleasant.
Also note the bathroom is clean and good but very very tiny.

Teeney tiny room but perfectly adequate for our overnight stay. Great location right in the centre. Friendly & helpful guy on reception.
Lots of stairs up to the hotel so not suirable fir those with mobility issues. Difficult to park but this was made clear on the website so we knew before booking. Comfortable bed

Only potential downside was the steep stairs to get to reception if you had heavy luggage or not great on the feet. We will be back.
