Lots of issues. No refrigerator or microwave. No liners for ice buckets. Tv is extremely small. Very low water pressure in shower. Ac is ice cold. Bed was very comfortable, but sheets were on top of blanket.

The Marijuana smell was horrible. The rooms were nice but the hallways was horribly unconfotable. The place looks very unsafe. Loud noice from the other rooms. The online websites looks nothing like the place. The place needs renovation. Smell really bad. I was very afraid.

On arriving at the hotel, there were people outside talking loudly and the smell of Marijuana was unbearable. After entering the room, I noticed a roach crawling on the wall and immediately killed it. Another one appeared later. The room had a not so pleasant order, the dresser was broken, the refrigerator was rusted and there was no telephone in the room.

On top of all this issues with room facilities they charge you for parking plus for Hotel "Facilities"

This was the most unsafe, dirty “hotel” I have ever been in. I booked this stay off of experience. We checked in on 8/25 4pm. No problems. The room we had on the 5th floor was ok. It wasn’t the best room but it was affordable as we were set to cruise 8/26. We returned to a complete nightmare. Room 215. Totally unacceptable. No headboard, tattered bedsheets. The remote didn’t work. Ok….its a cheap room. I get it. We’ll make the best out of it. 5pm came, Residents not guest! Residents began to party! We heard 3 domestic arguments, sirens. Hotel staff in involved. By the 4th argument which involved shooting up the whole room next door if whomever he was arguing with revoked his bond. We had connecting rooms. I took one look at my husband and a silent decision was made. We grabbed our bags and checked out!! We found another hotel under hotel.com after visiting the property first because we couldn’t waste any more money on unsafe conditions. Please reach out to me personally Hotels.com. Do not under any circumstances rent from this property

This hotel was terrible was supposed to stay 4 nights ended stay 1 night. The pictures looks different to what you get in real life. The place needs touch up

Please, this hotel is a scam!!! The pictures don't match the actually rooms! The furnitures are broken, exposed wites everywhere, very sketchy place. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Stayed one night with my husband and 2 kids. Worst experience ever place was dirty, linen was stained floor was dirty bathroom dirty and found roaches s near the sink. Very busy traffic all night long not even a chance to close my eyes. Worst experience ever don’t waster your time or money. Also not to mention plenty of drug use around the place.

Yes, this was the worst place to stay. I would never go back attendance was on friendly. I checked in after 6 PM and if I had anywhere else to go that night, I would be out of there, but I was out off there by morning
