It looks like "Waiting" is the concept in this hotel. 1) Had to wait for CHECK-IN for 40min 2) Had to wait for CHECK-OUT for 35min 3) Had to wait for Elevator every time 4) was charged the damage of towel w/o showing anything Other 2 HOTEL of same group were good, but this hotel was worst.

Not enough elevators, low floor is not partial sea view it is city view, depend on your luck.

The breakfast buffet is amazing, the fitness center and pool are outstanding, the staff is eager to please, and the shuttle drivers were willing to go the "extra mile" to help us. Especially Mr. Tawan - he's the greatest!

The room are good, clean and all staff are friendly. But we have a problem about one of the key card to use with lift as it isn't good respond, we can't press the floor as it should be....when evaluate for all i think this hotel is okay.

The staff was nice and polite, but the room was a huge disappointment, We booked a Grand Deluxe King Room, and it was very small and cramped, the bedroom was barely large enough to fit the bed but no room the walk around it, the sitting room was tiny. The photos of the room are very deceiving regarding the room size. The location is very far from Pattaya. Overall not my choice for a holiday stay, we will not make this mistake again.

The 2 bedrooms are actually 2 apartment looking units combined together. It's very practical with a connecting door separating the units so in our case with an older child, he can stay in his own unit while being right next to us. Although the size is small, the units are very new, clean and cozy. The bed is huge and comfortable. Nice ocean view. Unexpected free mini bar was nice. The pool is quite small but the kiddy pool is very suitable for young children. However the walking floor for pool area is too slippery, even the area near elevators. Front desk informed about restriction of number of people in pool for covid, but there were way more people than the limit. Elevators are too slow and with limited number of people allowed in each elevator, it took long time to wait for elevator. Restaurant was packed for breakfast, so much so the hotel set up tables in lobby for some guests to eat there. Lounge on top floor overseeing Pattaya is lovely. Location is convenient located on the main road and only took a few mins drive to get to the main town of Pattaya. Overall I enjoy my time there much more when there were not that many guests around.

Due to Covid-19, we have to wait 30 mins to checkin but we understood this conditions. But it took 2.30 hours for cleaning and preparation of our room. - - "

Lobby & Sky Lounge is nicely designed, and Reception Staff are friendly. Unfortunately Bath & Toilet Room is small, as like Japanese Business Hotel... Located along with Sukhumvit Rd., and if you have car, to Pattaya Down Town is just 5-10 min, ( = not walking distance )
