The room was quite expensive for what I had imagined, comfortable bedding and nice spacious bathroom, although the shower seemed fairly weak in pressure, amenities were included. Saturday night there was gunfire outside the front of the building and reporting of someone staying at the hotel was shot but not life threatening. I had ordered a flourless chocolate cake later that night that was not recieved, staff wasn't always around so I felt burdened to ask for help with that, also felt bad because I'm sure staff was shaken up due to the gunfire. Overall I probably won't be going back, not just because of the Saturday night fiasco, but it was very expensive and didn't really hold up to the price tag in my opinion.

The decor throughout the hotel was unique and eclectic, reminiscent of a Wes Anderson film. We enjoyed a wonderful 2 night stay at Arrive. The hotel was clean, the staff were lovely, and the location was nice. We will return and highly recommend.

Enjoyed staying at Arrive!!! Great location downtown that was close to a lot of restaurants, bars and historical sites. Valet closes early and is not 24/7 which I did not care for but other than that I would stay again

Fantastic boutique hotel! Clean, friendly staff..shout out to EJ at front desk! Comfortable beds, great views, clean rooms. Only comment is wayer pressure was poor, everything else was Fantastic!

Great and safe location in Memphis. The area is pretty quiet and the street is well lit at night. The cafe has delicious breakfast! The rooms were very unique, clean, created a nice ambiance. The staff delivered amazing service and were very helpful. There is valet parking for $35 per night. If you book over the weekend street parking at meters is free on Sundays.

This is a modern property with the feel of southern hospitality. The staff was friendly a d helpful. The cleanliness of my room was outstanding and no detail was missed. The linens smelled fresh and clean. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job. The lobby has a great vibe and the bartenders are excellent. I really enjoyed my stay.

From the minute you walk in you get a warm vibe: the lobby, the bar, the furnishings, even the smokey fragrance, all make you want to sit down and stay awhile. Staff are all fabulous hosts and the barristas are a welcome sight in the morning. Bartenders are the best: they are professionals who make amazing cocktails! Rooms are well-appointed with tall ceilings, harmonious colors, and cool fixtures. Beds are super comfy with luxurious linens and big, soft towels in the bathroom. Our only critique would be housekeeping but they are hard working and understaffed. We had to ask for a refesh after 3 nights and needed a couple of things. But this place is well worth a stay and we'd definitely come back! Location is central: easy walk to downtown and sites. We're world travelers and this place rocks!

I arrived late evening via Amtrak, so location was perfect for a safe walk to hotel. I also found getting to heart.of town walkable but tram is immediately in.front of hotel.

Hotel was fabulous. We loved the decor and the breakfast in the lobby. Our only comment for families would be that we had three in our room- traveling with our daughter- and the double beds were quite tight. Probably our fault for not noticing that they were doubles rather than queens. The large bathroom was lovely though!
