I wouldn’t stay on this property again. They gave me a room on the third floor, no elevator and no one to help us with my luggages. It was located on a very downhill street, we were afraid to slide down hill. The bed was hard like a rock. The breakfast didn’t impress me .

I wouldn’t stay on this property again. They gave me a room on the third floor, no elevator and no one to help us with my luggages. It was located on a very downhill street, we were afraid to slide down hill. The bed was hard like a rock. The breakfast didn’t impress me .

This so-called hotel shouldn't be considered one AND It shouldn't be in Hotels.com. It's more like a hostel, but they charge like a 5-star hotel. It's very dirty, the bed sheets smelled, the overall appereance is old and runned-down. There's no trash can in the room and very little ventilation. Either you open the balcony window/door and get bitten by mosquitoes or you boiled inside with an awful smell. Breakfast was bad as well, the coffee was terrible.

Very safe, gate at entrance the reception can open. Always someone at reception, one spoke a little English, the other person didn't but with Google translate we did great. Very friendly and accommodating staff, good breakfast. Checked in 2hrs earlier without any issues, left my bag with them in the afternoon while I went out in the city before leaving. Highly recommend!
