Laundry service was quick and easy. Kennedy Park was an easy walk from the hotel. The hotel is located in the quiet part of the area but was safe to walk at night. But one of the faucets in the shower fell off so I had to fix it myself. WiFi was great. Staff was great. View not so great

This was a great stay and walking distance for all activities. The breakfast was good and overall staff and service was excellent. For it’s location I found it quiet!
The only downfall I would say was the towels and sheets are in well used condition but otherwise it was all good

The friendliest most accommodating staff, excelente service. Very good breakfast and clean, walking distance from most attractions. Good memories of Javier, Dante, Gilbert, Beatriz, Nichole . Most definitely will go back on our next trip.

I arrived at the hotel.... The person at the front desk spoke zero English... the hotel was closed. This hotel was selected because of its location , they did find me a new hotel farther away thye market
