The location was very convenient to both the train station and the old city/city centre. The price was reasonable for the room and breakfast offered.

Conveniently located near Mulhouse central station and the tram terminus. Rooms are quite small but good for a short stay.

It is very close to Central Gare. ( Walking just 2 minutes ) We have stayed my wife and my kid. It is so good to do daily tours around cities. Basel, Freiburg, Colmar etc. The room is clean, workers are friendly, breakfast is enough good. The room is 13 m2 but it is not problem for us. Because İbis offer good value. If all you need is a bed: this is perfect. Simple and cheap. If you are looking for more, this is not the place. This is literally just “a bed”.

The location is very close to the Railway Station of Mulhouse so it’s very convenient. The room is small and as I used to travel a lot, I have noticed that there was no coffee maker or just water heater in the room. Otherwise all was great, friendly staff etc

Ideally located with a few minutes walk of the main line station and close to the tram / bus stops this was the perfect base. Clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. The reception staff were super helpful. Left luggage facility (free) was very handy too.

Except that I had wanted to have my clothes washed/ laundry service but they don’t I had to walk a long distance to find a self service laundry service, it would have been fine if I had this done in the hotel, apart from this the guy at the reception is very helpful and friendly, ready to give assistance that is great

Small bedroom but served its purpose. Convenient location - 2 minute walk from the train station and 10 minute walk to the town centre. Pleasant stay overall.

The positives are: it is within a five minute walk from the Mulhouse Train Station and the staff is nice. BUT the condition of the hotel is the worst I have stayed at. I booked 2 triple rooms for 2 nights. We were given the rooms overlooking the train tracks on the 2nd floor. As soon as you enter the 2nd floor, you see the carpet soaked in stain. There is a stench. When we entered our room, we were shocked by the state of our room: the curtains were not hung properly but instead were stuck to the window so it will not fall - essentially, you cannot open the window to let out the bad smell because the curtains would fall, the toiler paper holder was broken and was fixed with a black tape, the bottom of the elevated shower was broken that my kids were afraid that bugs would crawl out. We could hardly sleep because of the noise of the train, and there is something in the air of the room that made me and my kids constantly sneeze. I know that the place was inexpensive. So i did not expect first class accommodation. What we expected was something clean. That we did not get. We will never return to this place.

Central location next to main train station, close to shops restaurants etc. Entrance is via regular Ibis doors due to covid one-way system. Friendly English speaking staff. Room is standard small Ibis Budget but recently renovated or built, so perfectly fine as a place to sleep and bathe. Good value compared to competition. Bicycle storage is fairly secure in the membership-only communal bike shed 500 metres away next to the station.

I enjoyed my stay, the only thing is the air conditioning was making a strong noise.

Parking here was a bit of an adventure at 01:00 and while tired from driving. It’s “on site,” but you have to go searching for the entrance.
