It was a beautiful place. We had the 3 beds penthouse. It was very clean and nice. I feel like the front receptionist can be a little nicer. It might be due to the heat but it felt like they were irate time to time.

Good stay for four nights nearby to beach , bangela road ,restaurant ,shopping,massage,every thing you need Friendly staff and clean room I recommend and will back if travel to Phuket again

The only thing not safe is that they give out our room keys to anyone who asked for it without first verifying the reservation details. It means the reception would just give us the key to any room we asked for. I may not be a room guest but s burglar. That is very risky

The hotel pictures does not tell the truth about this hotel. The hotel i worn down and is in bad shape. Everything should be refurnished years ago.

Terrible experience - Rude staff and incompetent in English - Rooms outdated and in poor condition especially the beds - Awful WiFi reliability - No pool towels - Breakfast was ok though

the wall run down, the drain in the bathroom doesn’t work, so water went on the floor. it was disgusting. Our room wasn’t clean, there aren’t enough cutlery. tbh i got disappointed cuz the pics on expedia were rly nice, but it’s not true. I won’t make a reservation again here.

I went to the reception and demanded that the room be cleaned, they told me that the next day, I said no, and in the end they agreed. When I returned at night, the room was still dirty... the next day I went to have breakfast and when I returned to the room, even having left the "cleaning" sign hanging on the door, no one came to clean, I went down to the reception to complain again, and I walked out. Upon returning at night, they had cleaned the room and in the sink they forgot cleaning supplies, I decided that it was no longer important to keep complaining and I went to sleep, because of my work, I went to sleep around 5am and the On the day of check out, they started making construction noises right above my head!! customers do not pay for a place to store luggage, but to enjoy a rest, which should be guaranteed, I am definitely not going to speak well of this place and I will never return !!

My time at the Patong Heritage coincided with an extremely traumatic event and i can't thank the staff there, particularly Sanchai for taking care of me. I will never forget this incredible act of kindness.

Great location in the heart of Patong hotel itself a bit rundown but comfortable would stay there again due to its location

Stayed for a week, location was very convenient to patong beach or any other beaches and food market as well!!!! Quiet and chill at night. Except the gym equipment is a bit old and small. Other that that, everything was great, breakfast is delicious and staffs r very helpful and kind.

Superb location....steps away from Bangla Street and shopping malls.....great staff and service and breakfast was A1. Two swimming pools and impressive foyer with complimentary snacks and hot drinks during the day. The bedrooms, although spacious and comfortable are in need of refurbishment.
