All the staff at Hotel Below were great! They were friendly and courteous! Mateo the hotel porter provided awesome service and information of the island and things to see and do. The hotel wasn't crowded or loud. There were no long lines to eat. The dining portions of food were small, but you could ask for more it was all inclusive resort. The Sky pool was awesome. You had to go to the bar to get your drinks but it was close by. The main pool was never packed and you could get drinks in the pool. The beach portion was small but it was not packed. the water was perfect. I would definitely go back!

Mateo at the front desk is so fast hlto greet you inside and provides a welcome drink. Front desk explained everything to the T. They walk you to your room and explain everything including how to rent a golfkart.there is 2 pools with a walking beach in the fact. The food is good and the servers suppert excellent i cant wait to come back. I havd a phenomenal experience.

Hotel and the service is really good. It is very quiet and relaxing. The beach is really bad, swimming is impossible.

The staff and service received by staff was amazing. A genuine welcome everytime. Hotel itself was beautiful and would definitely be going again.

The staff at this hotel is terrific. Mateo, Alberto, Hugo, and the front desk staff were nothing short of wonderful. Accommodating, friendly, and attentive. They made us feel welcome, like we were family, from the moment we entered through the front door and went above and beyond throughout our stay to provide us with nothing short of a fantastic vacation.

Hotel Beló was nice. It was overall smaller than what it looks like on Expedia, but it’s still very cute. There is only ONE restaurant on property, so if you do an all-inclusive, it’s not really worth it for-wise. There are some chairs and cabanas on the beach for patrons that were a nice touch. The beach itself is small, but if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing environment, then this is the place for you. They also have a cute picture prop in the ocean, but the some of the letters that are supposed to spell Isla Mujeres Hotel Beló are broken, fallen or missing all together. We did lose power for a bit one day, but it came back in an hour or so. Overall it was a nice relaxing time, but IMO not worth an all-inclusive. I will say, the food at the restaurant on property did not disappoint!
