Location was convenient and close to boardwalk. Room was what you expect for a last minute decision and price. Only thing that was difficult was parking, spaces arent made for large trucks. Other issue was the guy checking people in is rude and has no personality, should find new job not in customer service

Pros: Excellent location, hot water, working toilet. Cons: The door didn’t seal and only had a lock on the doorknob. There was pet damage throughout, mismatched furniture with peeling veneers, and the AC unit was filthy and held up with shims. The window had broken blinds, so people could see right into your room!

This place is a dump. There are some shady looking people that actually live there. Lots of drinking and pot use

Check in person was rude. Bed linens did not feel clean. Terrible odor from air conditioning. Small, old, thin towels. Terrible place to stay.

I love Ocean City and let me be clear, this room was not a fortune and didn’t cost an arm and a leg. That being said, there’ plenty of hotels with a standard that’s a little more elevated when it comes to their presentation. Service was no problem. The room itself was just a room, the bathroom was adequate.

This property was HORRIBLE! DO NOT STAY THERE… We slept in our clothes and barely stayed in the room. That’s what happened when you wait until the last minute. Cheap is not always good…. BTW- they only give you two towels weather or not you have 1 person with you or 3. Tv don’t work. Holes in walls. Just a hot mess. Definitely look pass this place. STAFF IS NASTY WILL TAKE YOU OUT YOUR CHARACTER.

This property was disgusting. The first room we were assigned didn’t have a toilet seat and smelled like bleach. I went to the office to get another room. The second room I was assigned the sheets were stained and had something gooey on it and the fridge smelled of rotten seafood. I went back to the office and the third room I was asked to look at was also disgusting, with evidence of bed bugs, the electrical outlet had no cover and there was a fly trap hanging from the ceiling covered in flies. At that point, I asked for a refund, which they refused. I ended up leaving and getting a room at another property. I don’t know how this property is still operational.

Was just looking for somewhere cheap to crash, ended up being worried if i was going to be ok the whole time. Rusty door knoob, rusty lamp, rusty door hinges, boken outlet cover, all the stand tops were starting to peel up, floor messed up to name a few things wrong. Talked to another person staying at same hotel and they showed me pictures that their room had black mold. Would highly NOT recommend even if just looking for something cheap.

Let’s start by saying that going into this, I knew it wasn’t going to be the best place to stay judging on past reviews. With that being said, my husband and I literally just wanted a place to rest our heads at night and to take a shower. Check in was confusing because you have to walk half a block down to another hotel property to do so. At check in, we discussed extending our stay two more nights with the property manager. She gave us an outrageous price for two more days (more than double what we had already paid for 3 nights/4 days), but we decided to just go ahead and book it. Fast forward two more days and we realized that the tag in our window (for parking) still had the original date on it. Went back and spoke to the woman at the front desk and she said she wasn’t sure what happened but to talk to the manager in the morning about it. We returned in the morning to again no manager and this young man gave us a new price of $250 more for the same two nights that we were supposed to be given and was told by him that he could not honor that price but to again come back in the morning and speak to the manager. When we went back in the morning for the 3rd time, the office was locked and we decided to start looking other places, to which we found a beautiful ocean front room on the boardwalk that was double the size, for hundreds of dollars less. The rooms are VERY small, with a VERY small bathroom and not very clean. Door could easily be broken in to and paper thin walls.

The caulking was dirty and when you ran the water in the sink it would fill up with water and not drain. There were no curtain and a dollar store blind was at the window with no way to shut the blind other than to use your hand to pull the blind down. I refused to bring my clothes in the room. The floor was dirty. The air condition work well but was loud and you couldn’t hear the tv. The ac was in the wall like a window unit. The tv worked but the volume didn’t work right. You were only allowed one car per room. Didn’t see this posted before I made the reservation.

The photos on their website does not accurately reflect what their rooms look like. 2. I honestly believe this place is violating health and safety codes. Sheets were dirty, bathroom was unusable, our front door did not shut properly, AC window unit was so filthy you could see the dust and debris being blown through the room. I have never stayed in such a place. After the first night we decided to turn our keys in and head home, we could not imagine ourselves staying there a 2nd night. Please remember after you check in and pay, they will not refund you either. Which will take me to the customer service which was just non existent, just down right rude and mean. I wish I would have read the reviews on this place before I booked, lesson learned!

There was black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and behind the air conditioner that I have pictures of. The outlets on the walls where broken and exposed rusty wires. Absolutely filthy! Myself and young daughter have done nothing but cough and feel ill since we left there. We slept in my car in the parking lot the second night. They would not give a refund or anything when we talked to them about the conditions the first day there. The first night we slept next to the open window with our own blankets and kept our belongings in the vehicle because of the bugs also. Never again. This place is dangerous for your health and definitely not up to code.
