A clean hotel, and the check-in was easy. Secured access to the rooms. Maybe a little under furnished in the rooms (only a folding chair and 1 night stand, no suitcase stand or anywhere to hang clothes), there was a refrigerator though. Great old school US highway type hotel for a night.

Average room, and up keep. I was surprised that they wanted my Spouse to pay for the room. They voiced that they used my card to make the reservation. I Prefer using a credit card once.

Room was clean and appeared newly renovated. Somewhat spartan; small, one folding chair for seating, bare white walls. Had refrigerator and microwave, but no coffee pot. Perfectly fine though, if you just need a place to sleep for a night or two.

Really good customer service, room was clean and staff polite

Closeness to highway, no coffee/tea in room for a motel costing almost $200 a night! Bathing soap, shampoo and conditioner were flimsy and cheap, no body lotion. It is disappointing

The western doesn’t look like much from the outside, but it is clean and the managers are very welcoming. Overall, a great place to stay for work.

The desk person was kinda rude. They changed me more that what was posted on site

Extremely clean exterior upon arrival, and very pleasantly surprised on the cleanliness of the room, and the included amenities. It offers a mini fridge, a microwave, blow drier, smoking area with a bench, great working ac/ heater, ice machine, and even a comforter!( not to mention an accidental corona left in the mini fridge) Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet a short walk to shops and businesses. Better than hotels that cost 3x+ the price! For a budget stay, it makes motel 6 look like a ghetto slum motel, and better priced! The hardworking staff was very competant, helpful, polite, and friendly. The only cons are minor ones; the vending machine was completely sold out, and there was no laundry on site. They were very accommodating for our emotional support animals; more than I can say about their competitors. I will definitely stay there again in the future whenever I visit the area. Be aware, it is an adult only motel, no kids; which has it's own pros and cons.

Room was small but clean and nice. My only concern is that the contract with Hotels.com plainly states that check out is at 11AM. The clerk at check in told me the check out is at 10AM, I was going to stay to 11AM just to make the point but didn't want to stick around that long. Might seem like a little thing but I don't like A**holes making up rules any time they like.

It's a bit run down. Hardly anyone staying there. Did not like the smell or the door that locked up automatically at the top of the stairs before you get into the hallway. Makes it difficult to carry things up to your room because someone needs to hold the door or else you have to use your room key every time. Room was very small and bed not very comfortable.

The owner was rude and I wasn’t allowed to have anybody in the room because of that I went to my friends house that I was visiting and ended up staying the night because I didn’t have a ride and they couldn’t come in and when I got back in the morning it was around 1030 and they had already threw my stuff out into the hallway
