Travel to Wagga regularly, garden city is conveniently located, rooms are big, a little dated but generally ok. Cleaning needs to be improved, we had small cockroach

Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were excellent for the price. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and considered stealing the mattress.

Place was good but very basic. Great place if you need somewhere just to sleep. And staff were great and gave early checking.

My stay started with being given the key to a room I did not book... When I questioned this I was told it was an upgrade; it was not. The room was not clean, lots of dirt in the entry tiles, dust all over 1 surface and an empty chocolate wrapper in the bedside table. Trying to sleep at night was a challenge. The curtains did not block the light that was directly outside the window so it was like I was sleeping with the light on. The airconditioner would make a large tapping sound every so often; loud enough to wake you up. If you have a choice do not stay at this hotel. There are plenty more around that are better for this price.
