The room was well planned and comfortable, though the harbour view was very narrow due to nearby buildings. The room was very clean. The breakfast that was included was ok, though quite crowded. I could choose this hotel again, but not pay extra for the harbour view.

Excellent contemporary hotel with great location close to the harbor and Main streets. Easy walking to sky Drive bus terminal which services Auckland airport.
Staff very helpful. We used it as an overnight stay prior to airport departure.
Great views from the upper floors. A nice fresh feel to the rooms.

Hotel was great. Only issue is the inability of the hotel to park a rental at a reasonable rate. $59 a day is absurd.

This is really nice and conveniently located hotel in the CBD. Breakfast was great (Although I wish is started a little earlier) and the staff is very friendly. Loved our stay!

This was our favorite place to stay on our 2 week trip to Australia and NZ. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly and gave us great recommendations on where to eat. The room and shower waa great and so was the view. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great location 5 minute walk from Sky City and is 1 block from Queen Street. 5 minute walk to the waterfront. Staff was very nice and prepared. Breakfast very good. This hotel was one of the best parts of our trip. We enjoyed staying here a lot.

Value was good, with breakfast included. Great for short stays. Only thing I didn’t like was that the gym was small with minimal facilities for a hotel of this kind. Everything else was great. Would stay again.

We loved our stay at Holiday Inn. It's a new hotel so everything is bright, clean and modern. The room had an amazing Sky Tower view, comfortable beds and while it's a small room, the use of space was cleverly done. Every staff member we met was friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast included with our room rate had so many delicious options. Short walk to Commercial Bay for shopping and dining. Highly recommend this hotel!

Parking was so awful that we had to use the federeal street Parkable lot and drag luggage for like 10 minutes back n forth
Housekeeping did not clean our room properly and left a lot of crumbs and oil on the table a few times, they only half cleaned the room
the rest of the experience was great though, really loved the shower experience and the given soaps and lotion were very good
the food options around were great, the harbor view rooms are great even if we were given the one with construction in the way but we did ask for this on purpose because our flight was so early
i think there needs to be complimentary early checkin if a 13hr flight comes from abroad and arrives at 6am like ours did because to be told checkin was 3pm was very sad. we managed to squeeze into an available room nobody wanted because of the view, around like noon so we got lucky….
