Great value hotel with amazing views of Zion national park. Quiet and off season when we visited in December so pool was closed. The spa tub was still available and blissfully hot after a long days hiking. Room was large and comfortable. Customer service was good, had a small issue with room and Johnnie on front desk sorted it very efficiently.
Breakfast was basic but tasty and the take away snacks were a nice touch. We were disappointed that the hotel uses single use plastic cutlery and disposable plates, cups and bowls in the buffet and rooms with no obvious signs of any attempts at recycling.
Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Clean, great location, friendly staff. Walls are paper thin. No hot water in the shower for 2 days. Tiny bathroom. If you do not overpay, you will probably find it to be okay.

Great location near shuttle stop. Nice breakfast. Bathroom layout a little weird with no place to hang a hand towel and hand soap and lotion hanging on opposite walls with sink in middle. Towels are not plush. But staff is really friendly and attentive. Would stay again.

Well situated on the shuttle bus line to Zion NP, which you will absolutely need; the stop is just a few steps from HI’s front door. Highly recommend Bit and Spur across the road, but three other 4 star plus restaurants on Hampton Inn’s side of the road are just a few steps away.

This property makes visiting Zion so easy. The staff were so accommodating and willing to hold our luggage prior to check in time.

We've been to zion mulitple times. Depending on the number of people on our trip, we've tried two different hotels here. This is the third hotel we've tried and our stay was great as well.
Driving up here, Natalie texted us to let us know our rooms were ready. And that was 2 hours before our check in time. There was 5 of us adults, with two young infants. We were greeyed by Grace and Amy, both of whom were very helpful.
The outside area of the hotel was nothing short of spectacular. You peer out the window, you have a majestic view of the canyons. Inside of the hotel had a great ambience, well lit. There was drinks, refreshements and snacks for those just arrived, as well as the ones who would be visiting the park for hikes. You can see they put a premium on cleanliness, as the Housekeeping staff sought to make sure the rooms were ready. There was a lot of families, made you feel at home because everyone was there to enjoy Zion.
Breakfast was good! It kept us energized for our day. There was omelettes, pastries, a waffle maker, cereal, fruits and yogurt.
I wouldnt hesistate to book with Hamptons at Zion park boulveard. For a one night stay, me and my family enjoyed it.
We also enjoyed the people which was well taken care if by the staff.
I recommend this place for old and new comers who are visiting Zion National Park, as well as Springdale
