We love staying here! It’s our third time in 6 months. We love that you can walk to lots of great restaurants and the convenience to the interstate!

The worst hotel experience I’ve had in a long time. My family of 5 didn’t have an operational toilet in our hotel room for the final 2 days of our 3 day trip. I talked to multiple employees multiple times. They said the fixed it but it was never fixed. When I’d tell them it still didn’t work they just said, “there’s nothing else they could do”. Nothing else they could do?! They could’ve moved us to a room with a functional toilet, comped the room, had maintenance actually fix the problem. There’s a lot they could’ve done, but didn’t. Very disappointed.

The carpet had a red stain on it under the desk. The bed linen was not clean, it had a smell and I wasn’t aware that animals were allowed as I would not have stayed if I would have known.

Great location in Nexton, close to a variety of restaurants. Very clean, super friendly staff, plus a good breakfast to start the day! My wife loved the kitchen, just the right size for two people!

I booked a room with 2 beds and paid more for that, they only had a king and wouldnt give me any difference in the price

It is a great place to stay. There are many places to eat within walking distance and the staff at the hotel was excellent. It is my second time staying here and would stay again when in Summerville.

I liked the convenience to shopping and restaurants. We were confused as to where the main entrance was because there was not an overhang to park under. It was suppose to rain and I was traveling with my 91 yr old mother. Everything was great except for a stain in the toilet that didn’t look like a stain. lol. Front counter attendant was awesome!!

I only issue was the first room we were assigned, the keys and lock did not work. We had to move our things to another floor and it finally worked. Other than that issue, the stay was great. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Our room was clean, we had great customer and the hotel is located in great location. Walking distance to a Starbucks and some restaurants. I will be coming back to this hotel.
