For a last min option it was nicely priced and everything worked. Within the walled city and great eateries very close by it’s a good little spot.

The staff in this hotel is very nice. They were so nice and kind with our family and friends that we didn’t want to leave. Breakfast is very good with different options. Also, the location is perfect.

We had a great late check in, staff was so nice and sweet. They accommodated us, location is amazing, you can walk anywhere. Breakfast was great! Overall a great experience if you are looking to be walking distance to downtown Cartagena.

the room had holes and once the rain arrived at night all the room was flooded (included me in my bed at 2am) and had to move to a different room

I love this place. I have stayed here before and enjoyed my stays. My only constructive comment is that the pool closes way to early.

I liked the location and downstairs restaurant. The only thing that needs improvement is the hot water option. It was luke warm for the most part.

The property was in a great location.
The room we stayed in needed some remodeling.
Bathroom sink was loose, crack in the walls and in a small window glass. Doors are locked at night which was a plus.
Breakfast was included in the pricing. Staff was friendly. I gave it 3 stars because the place can be better.

Decor and feell was awesome. Our room was huge, 2 queen beds. Fridge, shoer, couch, living space!
Staff was super sweet....need to speak some spanish.
