Our room was dirty on the first day of arrival. There was hair in the bathroom and a sanitary pad between the beds.
The management of the case was very poor. Spolied our holidays.

Our room for 4 people was very small but the patio/terrace was amazing: comfy furniture, spacious, fabulous view. The location of the hotel was good. It was an easy walk to the beach and bus stops.

Great location and walkable from the port. You can walk up and down to the cable car, very peaceful clean, a classic Italian inn. We enjoyed our stay at the property. Gratzia!

Friendly staff, clean, great views, 10 minute walk from Marina Grande. Can roll suitcase down to ferry. Recommend taxi to drop off with luggage when arriving. Pool and breakfast are nice.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. While it’s convenient near Marina Grande, the hotel is in poor condition. We struggled to sleep because the air conditioning was not working well. The beds were old and uncomfortable. I wish we would have done a day trip to caprì - the price of this hotel is simply not worth what you get.

We lucked out and got a room with a sea view, which was amazing! It’s a really REALLY well kept older hotel. Great staff, nice location, beautiful pool.
Breakfast was the only downside to me. The coffee machine is not a great coffee type and the food options were slim but the fresh fruit were a definite plus.

What a great location for traveling in Capri. Close enough to walk to and from the port and easy access to the centro area. The hotel itself was a little updated but we received an upgrade and the staff was great!

The service here was top notch. We came with our baby and everyone was so good with him! The view from our room was unbelievable. Morning sun rises, and evening sun sets, so stunning. The walk down to marina was easy, even with baby/stroller where you can access
Beach, food, shops, and transit options. Definitely reccomend on the service and views alone. Nice pool and good breakfast selection too. Bar and coffee bar on site too.

Kind and welcoming reception and staff. I enjoyed a large 2 room with big balcony overlooking the port and sea. I'd ome back again, but the facility needs some TLC and electric work.

This hotel was incredibly convenient for Marina Grande. The staff were very welcoming and the room clean and comfortable. We had a family room, and it was great that the sofa bed for the kids was in a separate area to the main bedroom. It was great to have a pool. The staff were accommodating for leaving luggage until our ferry departure time
