We had a great stay. Lots of space, nice breakfast, very clean and tidy. This would be a great place for a family since there are lots of available activities on site for swimming, bowling, kids play area, etc.

Whole stay was great. Everything in the apartment was working well, clean, modern. My only slight area for improvement would be noise between apartments from hardwood floors.

I decided to book at this place for the swimming pool. Unfortunately the pool closes at 8.45pm and I arrived around that time. In the morning it is only opened between 6.30am and 8am. The thing to know is that this place is actually a sport center used by locals, schools and so on. There happens to be rooms and apartments available here. This makes for a strange atmosphere, and it probably explains the limited hours. Also the in room sauna was an important item on my checklist. But it was impossible to get it hot. The thermometer was completely non functional, but I think the sauna barely reached 60 degrees. I don't know much about designing a good sauna, but the strong draft on the sauna ceiling vent was probably why it wasn't able to run hot. Else the apartment was spacious, brand new, well designed. The bed was great, but warm lighting instead of cold lighting would have made the flat feel more cosy and less impersonal. The breakfast is ok, but passable. While the place is still good, in my case coming here was a mistake, there were better options elsewhere in Rovaniemi.
