This was a huge disappointment. Looked really good in pictures, but otherwise many things did not meet the expectations. First of all the communication was with What’s up, and the info was sent first in Spanish only. Then the check-in had to be done by ourselves with app, which was not convenient. When on holiday I’d rather had someone doing the paperwork. In the room the safe did not work and there was only one water glass. After several messages they brought another, but did not fix the safe. The shower was really unpractical because once you showered the whole apartment became humid. There was no ceiling in the “bathroom” so all the moist spread. And for some reason you were not to open the windows (for security reasons). There were bars on the windows so wonder why the windows were not to be opened. The floors were really cold and on top of that humid after showering. Daily housekeeping should have been done, but they did not clean our room. They claimed that we should have placed a sign on the door if we wanted cleaning. After several messages they only argued that cleaning hours were from 11:00-14:00 and we had not indicated with the sign we needed cleaning. Very rude! No apologies or anything. In their guidebook was nothing mentioned about cleaning and the need to hang the sign. The normal way is to clean the hotel room without any need for separate signs or requests. The experience was really unpleasant and the total lack of customer service was a chock.

Excellent location, well equipped, modern, lovely plaza. Only negative - booked on Expedia as Salamanca Suites but name on front of building was Suites Libertad.
