This place is more for long term stays. They were “closed” for Thanksgiving so we had to call to be let in. The employee was nice enough. They did not supply hand or body soap. No hair care items or lotion. Hair dryer was available by request from the front desk.

The night male manager, didn’t catch his name. Was awesome. He made it clear that it was a family hotel and if there were any issues it would be taken care of. 24 hour video surveillance in parking lot.

There was no working power in the bathroom at all and even though it was reported it was not taken care of even before checkout 2 days later. Thank goodness the man at the front desk had an extension cord in his car and offered it the next day.

I woke up late at approximately 11:00 and realized I needed to extend my stay. After going to the front desk to book a second night, I was informed that they were already booked up. Although inconvenienced, I didn’t break my smile and accepted the situation. The time was 11:15, and I said that I will be packing fast then! I was told to take my time, but I’d have to pay a $50 late checkout fee. When I was asked to provide my credit card or cash, I calmly yet firmly refused. The enormous lady then proceeded to threaten to “call the cops” if I wasn’t out within 15mins (30min after checkout agreement) I frantically packed, threw my wet laundry in a bag, and vacated. All the while being taunted and harassed by those staff. Insane
