great hotel with very good service. the location is perfect. Very good breakfast buffet with a balcony overlooking the plaza de armas. Note, the rooms do not have an iron but they do provide ironing.

The hotel staff are very nice, the restaurant is good, the room was nice and clean and the location is right on the square. Good value.

Great hotel if you want to be in the heart of Cusco. Really friendly staff. A bit of a warning, plaza facing rooms are indeed loud if you are a light sleeper. If you get an inside room it’s very nice. Some rooms have refrigerators some don’t. No coffee maker in rooms but plenty of coffee on the 2nd floor. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff was fantastic. Very accommodating. Close to fast food and fine dining. Shopping galore. Transportation out front. Would stay again.

My husband and I loved this hotel! It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The view of the city from the top deck is incredible! The breakfast buffet was great and the restaurant as well. The location is perfect, right on the main square.

Loved the location. We stayed for four night and felt the altitude the first day. This was the perfect hotel to have a bit of altitude sickness. We were able to sit up on the terrace with some coca tea. Staff was friendly and always ready to help in any way. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Cusco.

Very strategic place to stay in Cusco. The staff is very accomodating. The owner of the hotel came and greeted us and very friendly and gave us two seats in the balcony during Corpus Christi. Excellent stay

Hotel was totally convenient. Close to everything and even though it was in the middle of all the action, it doesn’t keep you up at night. The staff was also super helpful.

Why I don’t like is that they didn’t clean up the room next day, they just made beds.
They offered transportation from/to airport but you have to ask, then we had to paíd the taxi to the airport
