The front desk was quite helpful with providing information in reference to the local area. The room itself was tiny, but it had all the modern amenities including a full shower and a separate toilet. This was one of the few hotels I found in Gevena area with a gym, and the gym included a running machine, elliptical, and a sitting bicycle. I would stay again :)

Nice hotel room and small but very good breakfast area. The shampoo and body lotion included in the room smelled really good.

The front desk staff were absolutely amazing. Went above and beyond to make our stay special. Don’t let the location deter you. We felt safe and relaxed our whole visit. It’s conveniently located between the lake and the train station. I will warn that the beds are very firm. Other than that, room was perfect. Bathroom was beautiful and the daily service was great.

Bad neighborhood, very loud outside so don’t expect a good night’s sleep
Safe broken, I was told to put a lock on my suitcase and put my valuables inside
Flat pillows, asked for extra and told that not 1 pillow is available in the hotel, and then I was overcharged $70 for the night

Super-friendly staff that was very concerned to get me into a room after an overseas flight. Throughout my stay, the customer service was top notch! They had gluten-free options for breakfast (you have to tell the front desk though). Breakfast buffet was excellent!

Staff were extremely helpful, the hotel itself was super clean. The area around the hotel had some less salubrious establishments though we didnt feel unsafe.
Very close to the train station and an easy 10min walk to the lake.

The hotel room was very nice and comfortable, but the nieghborhood switched over at a certain hour and was a little unsavory.
Overall experience was good, but know the nieghborhood.

A very old property that has been fully refurbished and brought into the present with very carefully thought design for complete comfort. The service was impeccable!

Pros: walking distance to train station, clean, freindly staff.
Cons: Terrible heating/cooling, street noise was horrendous (and we had to keep windows open to stay cool), only one pod for coffee (but there were two of us), a dizzying array of light switches to try to figure out, kind of small room.

My room looked stunning, and I was impressed with the renovation work and the quality of materials used. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, my room was a bit small, and I struggled to find space for my suitcase.

Check in was not appropriate. They made me rent a third room for my daughter since they don’t allow 3 people in the room for the small size, but the size was not a problem to allocate 3 persons.
